Cute and charming for a young person or couple. (My bedroom has to be close to a bathroom, so this wouldn't work for me.)
Love the front porch, that you have 2 doors to the outside/inside and that you've made room for an actual dining table instead of a bar.

Those stairs are treacherous without a rail.

Agreed on the stairs but law says not needed on two steps.
But as a contractor I would include them on both sets of stairs
