Thank you Dear Professor, with respect you are amazing.
Love from New Delhi, India 🇮🇳.
very interesting...wonder how many athletes though they were better only to re-tear and ACL yrs later and thought it was fixed and stronger....we learn something new every day
You should pursue a university teaching career. Your ability to explain concepts is so effective that even someone unfamiliar with anatomy would grasp most of the content in your video. Congrats.
This is the channel that I'm looking for! Love it
Very insightful information/video. ALL torn along with ACL completely torn.
ACL reconstruction and Meniscus repair keyhole surgery June 22. Two weeks ago, just realized that ALL torn and +ve pivot shift.😢😢😢😢😢😢 Doc suggested having ALL reconstruction surgery. I'm still considering it. Busy watching Euro 2024 and the coming Copa America and Olympics.Maybe rehab could help.
Is it possible that ALL was damaged during the procedure of reconstruction the ACL?
Such a great finding. This must have improved the lives on innumerable people since then, thank you for your amazing work.

I'm 61 and the medial part of both knees is getting pretty sensitive and often a bit sore. I'm told from my DR. that their starting to get bone on bone although he won't do surgery and i don't want surgery. I've been athletic all my life although i haven't worked my legs for over 2 yrs. because of respiratory reasons. Now that my breathing is getting better i want to start light squats, no more than 80lbs, really light leg presses, really light leg ext. bike riding, and standing calf raises. My legs have become really small and weak from the lay off and i feel the need to gain some strength as i age, would this be a bad idea ? I definitely need to start walking hence last month i tested pos. with blood clots in both lungs originated from my left leg, i'm on blood thinners for another month and a half. l still have the ambition to be athletic and don't want to just sit around ( diet and weight are healthy) I would appreciate ur help
Could you try calisthenic isometrics? You would avoid irritating the joint but would get a reasonable workout for the muscle.
