Wow. Thanks Justus for bringing Mwendwa on to your show. This has to be one of the most impactful stories I have listened to from your channel. It has everything: bloodline connections, rejection, rebellion, depression, deception, drama and eventually redemption. God is good. Thank you Mwendwa for your candour and courage to share such a testimony. I think you should put this in writing. You owe us at least 2 books to replace the other 2 wicked ones. Honestly. We need to hear more of the latter part of your testimony especially in these days , when deception and all manner of evil is at an all time high. I resonate with your testimony on how God convicted you to let go of certain items that you had. I got the same conviction in June of 2020 during a season of intense prayer and seeking God. Letting go of my make up, jewellery, some items of clothing and especially my nose ring, which I had had for more than 15 years and which I considered to be part of my identity, was particularly difficult. This pointed to, like you said, a realisation of the bondage(s). Thanks for speaking about this. I wish you God's blessings in this new and restored phase of your life and I look forward to reading the books you will publish. ❤
Wueh lemmi tell u guys for us who are really struggling to stop we will stop in the mighty name of Jesus Nimekunywa adi nikakuwa na acidity and now I can't take alcohol bc of the pain somehow see it as a blessing😅atleast I won't drink
where else can i find mwendwa ..i have looked for more stories and there is none...omg..so inspirational especially for those struggling with alcoholism like me..the struggle is real..like waking up with bruises ..then u wonder where they came from.
Wow, is that prophetess in Kenya? I stopped drinking for a whole year, and then all over sudden, I relapsed.I think my mistake was i never took my recovery seriously.I was empty like mathew 12: 43-45. God first above anything else.
Please read the bible daily and pray daily. Once you stop drinking the devil will try everything to get back in. When you relapse forgive yourself, repent and start again. Don't give up. God loves you and is waiting for you to come to him.
I am sorry for what she went through in the hands of those who were meant to be Gods servants. Just a question, though, why do we complicated God's word? Why do we make it seem as if Gods grace is not over us, and at the end of the day, we are human? It is also very wise that as Christians, we know God's word for ourselves. To all Christians out here, you do not need to validate your Christianity for you to fit God's love . God's mercies are new every morning 🌄 and his grace sufficient. Let no one make you feel less of a human because you sin or go out of God's way . God is just right next to you , he left the Holy Spirit that he may help us . God is a loving God. God is an understanding God God is a God who despite how broken we are sinful we are or useless we see ourselves as God will ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS LOVE YOU . I pray that God heals her and renews her spirit.
You're right sis. But many factors contribute to that. Mostly childhood trauma and wounds. That's why Jesus came to heal the broken hearted as well. When people are not loved as kids or don't feel the love and are traumatized by parents it becomes hard for such people to fully believe God loves them. It's easier for them to go into performing for God by default because it's too good to be true And because Satan is an opportunist, he takes advantage, and such people are a bigger prey for especially the prophetic because they are always seeking something to make life make sense. That's why people who grow up very balanced and loved and secure rarely go through what I did. So it's not something conscious someone does. You're acting from deep wounds, and then we have an adversary who takes advantage because he is evil. It's why it's important for churches to be SAFE places. When men of God and women of God abuse people, manipulate and control wounded people, it can plunge them to self-destruction because it feels like God has betrayed you, especially if you're not mature yet. And worse still, others become puppets to these people and live under control their entire lives. I was lucky I kept leaving these churches, but I backslid. The church has failed. We are also in the last days, so Satan is hard at work behind the scenes. We need to LOVE like Jesus does and make churches safe for everyone and stop these power games where servants of Jesus think they are God over his own sheep. It's a large cycle of family, church, and an evil world. It takes only Jesus to heal us. He has healed me. He knew my heart and never gave up on me. Now I understand him and am rooted in him, not in people and systems. Bless you sister.
@mwendwa_m I totally understand you, mwendwa mine was just an opinion. I am, however glad you chose to speak the evil in our churches and how they should be amended. I'm pretty sure many people will watch this, and those who are captives of manipulation by people who parade as Gods servants will realize it .
Hi mwendwa, I was a huge follower on Facebook 2011-2013 (you went by Hadassah, I believe in place of Esther)and I witnessed the gradual change in your posts, I even reached out privately and inquired what's had changed your views, and I remember your response vividly and I immediately unfollowed you. It all makes sense now, and I am glad you're OK. Best wishes
Thank you Grace. I can't remember but Im glad you unfollowed because I was deceived. Spiritual attacks are real. I don't excuse myself because I didn't guard myself. I was very very lost and bitter against churches and it opened the door for deception because I still wanted a relationship with God but I took the wrong direction and it went deep very fast. It's only by the mercy of Jesus I'm alive and saved today.
😅. True. What I've gone through honestly feels like 80 years but Jesus is merciful. He takes you through the fire and even the smell of smoke is not left. Bless you.
Your health was failing you Mwendwa. Those bruises may be caused by liver disease, whereby there's an issue with blood clotting, which is one of the functions of the liver. Some people bleed actively like nose bleed, vomiting blood or bloody stool. Alcohol abuse brings about liver disease I thank Jesus for revisiting your life. He's so patient with us, he's closer than a brother to us.
