This guy's brilliant; I've been a hardcore boxing fan for about 10 years...
this is the 1st instructor I've seen teaching an American pro style; Lomachenko like footwork plus the characteristic punch variation.

Hey coach why do you need the rack why not just drill the jab on normal ground or in the ring?

Thanks for dropping a comment @Mofozi 🙏🏻 I could throw all punches on the Rack it also helps me to get a back and forth rhythm better than the jump rope.It has helped me tremendously with my Boxing skills and a important tool I use for teaching, I would highly recommend it. To me the movement with the rack is more realistic and what you are going to need in Sparring or Bouts. With the Rack I also work on my faints while keeping my weight in the back. I hope you give it a chance for a couple of weeks and feel the difference between the floor and the Rack. Enjoy your weekend Brother! 🫵🏻😎

I suppose that the rack (step) is elevated and is more of a queue to pop back on your rear foot.
I love the pendulum step but I will try this to see if it helps my timing and rhythm
