In President Donald Trump news, President Trump has become the first White House leader to not throw out the first pitch at an MLB baseball game in over 100 years. Over 2 years into the Trump administration's tenure, Donald Trump has yet to participate in the tradition. President Taft started the first pitch tradition in 1910. President Wilson, Harding, Coolidge, Hoover, Roosevelt, Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, HW Bush, Clinton, W Bush, and Obama all threw out first pitches. Some presidents have thrown out the first pitch at the World Series or All-Star Game. Trump once claimed to be the best baseball player in NY during his youth.

I just think it's amusing he's scared to potentially look like a fool in front of all America if he messes up a pitch. Especially as a president with such a front-facing social media presence.
