I love collecting Topps Now for cards of moments where *I was actually there*.
I bought 5 of the the Shohei Ohtani Dodgers debut card they released last December. I got a red /10 parallel in my order, I sent it to be graded and then sold it for over $500. That was my only time buying Topps Now, but it was a good one.
I dipped into Topps Now just once. I bought five Jackson Chourio cards as the youngest player to hit an inside the park home run since The Kid. Also bought a relic card that was available for that, but that won't even ship until mid October at the earliest. Still stoked because, as a Brewers fan, I'm pretty high on this dude.
I bought the Ohtani Topps Now 40/40 Club cards and then I had to buy the 50/50 cards too. Hoping for a parallel or two.

I've ordered some topps now cards, singles and in packs. I've gotten a parallel about every 4-5 orders but probably has to do with print run. Got a christian scott debut card /5 & megan rapinoe first pitch /5. Mostly /99s, its a nice surprise when you get one.
Cheaper to buy the parallel you want than it is to buy a ton base cards from Topps Now hoping to hit
I HATE those jewel cases...good way to damage an edge getting those out.
Erik I also share your dislike of the Stars of MLB cards....they join the Wander Francos and Julio Uriases in file 13....lol...hi to Sofia..hope she's feeling better. Yesterday I got my first clear lung tray in a year. Pneumonia 5 times...at least three different variations.

I'm yet to get a single parallel from any of my MLB Topps Now purchases. I've bought maybe 20 different cards and had no luck at all.
I have had them with other licenses but nothing at all from baseball.
7,883 was the PR. That's about right that you got 1 parallel. It's about 1:88 chance with that print run.
Print run: 7883
Print run for 381 is 8337. Bought a five pack. No insert. Also got my Reynolds/Tellez. Did get a parallel.
If the print run is 800 or less and you buy a ten pack, you have a 99.9% chance of getting a parallel.
I've been getting the debut cards. I have Wyatt, Chourio, James Wood, Brooks Lee, and the 3 Jacksons. I have Jacob Wilson coming soon.
They're fun and unique. I think they'll be a bigger hit once Topps owns everything. At least for the debut cards.
I got a All Star Skenes foil image variation. I buy 5 of every Skenes cards that come out. That was my only big hit from topps now.
I don’t see these cards holding value as much as regular rookie cards.
The parallels maybe but ones printed like 20K times? Yeah naw.
I’ve got myself a little topps now addiction as well 😂. Bought my first one for the Olympics with Steph curry doing the night night celebration only ordered 1 card and got a parallel /49. I checked the print run and saw it was 89k and realized how insane those chances actually were. They got me with that and they know it lol.
I have over 3000 Skenes rookies. Lots of 1/1. I just knew this guy would be great.
I would definitely recommend getting those cards graded at the national. Skenes' first pack pulled RC will be in Pristine. No autos on the checklist, but he is in the base set. He should now have RCs in most products moving forward, meaning the Topps NOW values will drop. Sending them in to PSA may take too long to get back
I don't think it was Paul Skenes fault for the loss because it was also a bit of the offences fault

You might already know this but since you’ve spent a lot on these cards you probably have rewards points to get money towards more topps now cards. I have like 12k so that’s about $120 free toward topps now

I bought 5 Topps Now Fauci cards for $5 each in 2020. I still have 2. I sold the other 3 for a total of $135.
Given recent events, I expect to sell one more in 2026 - for about $300.

My Cards are finally starting to show something. 47-0 this year when leading after the 8th inning. Definitely a great turnaround compared to last season when they had all those blown saves

You have to sell those Topps now fast. I noticed they deteriorate fast once other rookie versions come out.
