I’ve been twice to India spending several weeks, but this Voice of Nina Burmi is....I’m overwhelming! I understand your reactions

Darbar Festival takes place in the U.K every year. Thumri is a form of music where u dance and ur anklets need to make a sound, derived from the word Thumak means jingle or moving of Hips in a flirtatious way, its a way of telling story often used for dramatic feeling. She only sang 2 lines of the song in such different ways yet stay in the melody and in Rythm. Thats the specialty of Thumri.
This song basically said "the memories of her beloved always annoy her ( annoy as in a good way ) . The sadness that reflects in the mirror is all because of her beloved not being close to her and his memories haunting, there is no calmness in me without you" though this isnt an artistic translation but this is what it meant.😁😁😁

SnowAngee I mean all these classical performances on RUclips are 6 to 7 years old. Then followed some keertans and fusion numbers. Then nothing! Total mystery. She is a spectacularly exceptional artiste in my view. To disappear from the performance arena so abruptly is simply weird.
