I own both Subaru Outback BP9 (2005) and BS9 (2016), the BP9 is a very reliable wagon and the only issue I have had with the BP9 is a change of timing belt system. Very nice car !
That H6 has been a joy to own. Brilliant performance and reliability

You need to review the legendary father of all Subarus, the Leone with its legendary design, engines, and optional 4wd hi/low. 50 years later, this car steal beats modern cars including the outback and forester in offroad capabilities.
I have been waiting for this review for a long time,when subaru were still subaru...I love this car ,great job Mr. Carnversologist.
I own an Outback 2008 and after 340K kilometers (I’m in Europe) I can say the thing I would like to improve in this car is the comfort: the seats aren’t so comfortable for tall people and the wind noise can disturb at high speed. For all other things I love it. Unfortunately mine is now getting old and I would like to have another outback but I’m not a fan of CVT and all the safety alarms and beeps that the new model has.
Whenever I see a modern Subaru, my loop of henle dies a little everytime 😫😫😂😂

You forgot to mention the suspension challenges in changing bushes, but all in all, an awesome car.
Yeah I'll say. There are some I'd like to replace in the rear of mine that will never come out without a reciprocating saw.

I have a BP9 2008 2.5i limited with si drive. Perfect drive. Beats the feel in my sg5 2002.
I have the 2.5i BP9 also, extremely reliable.

My biggest issue with this car was the mechanics but I found someone eventually and from then it was the best investment I ever made.
I love my 2006 Outback with manual high and low range. Great up at the snow.
I had a BPE LL BEAN with a 3.0L and a moonroof, was heavenly!
If you'd like to review it, the new owner would love to do this. Interior was leather and had cruise, from 2004! Had soft close rear bonnet, was me telling guards usibang gari wekelea tu itajifunga

I had this car with ej25 engine turbo. It could do 180km/hr within very few seconds. It was a mnyama. The Nissan sunny b13 u tested here can beat the non turbo one coz the Nissan did 100km/hr within 13 seconds

I have BP9 - 2007 and truth be told the car is reliable.When it is comes to fuel consumption highway iko sawa,town running inachoma vibaya sana.
Just make sure to service and make regular checks.Overall iko poa kabisa
