I think what would be a cool (but admittably hard) idea is having it sync up to a phone app that sends a notification to those playing tbe game that the bomb has been planted/detonated/defues. Would also make for a cool score tracker as well
Wouldn't be too hard with a WiFi module or an Arduino with built in WiFi. You'd need to create a web service that can receive info from the Arduino, and on the phone login to the website where the web service resides and have a webpage that displays the state of the prop.
Thanks. It'd be cool to sell these but would run into licensing issues and shipping them would be a major security problem as people might think they are real and not just game props / toys.
Hey, did you print the parts one by one and glue them together? I'm also working with fusion 360, but there is no way to put different STL-parts together, so the solid body parts would be needed?
@@radboogie, Another question came across. I only have red filament for my 3D printer, so I will properly spray the parts in a different colour. Do you think I should glue them first or spray them as one part. (Im using a spray paint for plastic parts)
@@dmcn1907 red filament is fine, the spray paint will cover over the colour. I would glue it first and spray if afterwards. That way you can fill any gaps and sand it smooth before painting. PS. Superglue makes an excellent filler for any gaps and cracks.
Web page for part 3 went live last night - blog.radboogie.com/make-your-own-csgo-c4-prop-part-3-electronics/ Video for part 3 should be done in a couple of days.

Yes all the parts were individually printed and glued with CA glue (superglue).
@@radboogie , okay, thanks for the fast answer!
No problem, any other questions please ask.
