Han's is an awesome decky..... 'Talk about nimble!' He's ducking out the way and changing jacket's with you, whenever you switch to a drone shot!... Hat's off to Hans! 😉😇😅

Can you see him hiding while I fly the drone..? 😅

I'll take your word on that Dan 😉 .... BTW. Any plans to head West and check out the likes of Shockwave, Fury and Kirby NIAD? Some seriously solid boats coming out of good old 'Wait Awhile'! (forget the bloody Quakka's) heap of boat porn to keep you occupied! @@BoatLife_DansBoatLife Great content as we've become accustomed to from your good self. 👍

Dan was having a ball. Not so sure about the guy hanging off for dear life behind him. Was that a smile...or a grimace of fear, perhaps?

Test drove this exact boat last week. Good review, it’s a simple, low maintenance boat and very sporty. That merc motor on that hull is different gravy. Hope you enjoyed Sorrento, Dan.

What did you think about the boat? I feel like it’s got huge potential. Sorrento was lovely. The water down there is amazing!

It’s a great boat, does what it says on the tin. Better for ripping around port Phillip than a rib as it’s cuts the chop better. Just a bit exposed for us but that’s personal preference. Lots of people love their ribs / open day boats down that way. I’m waiting on the 827 coupe to come in, want to see how the cabin feels, plus the extra legroom around the rear table will be great.

Haha... classic.. I actually think this brand would do seriously well in WA doing the Rotto run.
I was being very cautious around the break zone as I have personal experience with the bar at Port Philip Bay. About 15yrs ago I stupidly decided I didn't want to wait for slack tide and made a run for it in a 55ft sailing yacht at 1am in the morning. We were headed for Sydney so had a few days sailing ahead and wanted to get going.
As soon as we were committed we realised our stupidity when full breaking waves started landing in the cockpit and whirlpools bigger than our yacht began appearing out of the dark. We all just stayed silent and focused on keeping the bow into the breaking waves that were coming from multiple directions.
Never again did I play silly buggers with Port Philip Bay.

A Nordic speed boat without a stepped hull is unusual these days

Hi Dan. Thank christ they make them in white.... I do hope the white one comes with white upholstery with navy piping? Looks like a bit of fun though.......Cheers S

I know right! I saw a white one at the dealership and it’s super sexy. I would just get some matching beach towels to store in the head and use them on the seats so you don’t burn your bum. Agree some lighter colours in future would be a benefit for us. But that T-top did shade the helm and forward seat FYI

G'day Dan, another brilliant review. Hans looked like he was sh*$%ing himself in the back seat. One thing I haven't been able to find out is, what is the hull made of?

Haha was I going to fast for him!? Hans was a great sport as I made him hide for a lot of the photos. Hill is GRP and rubber fender.
