Relatable title. I have so many (almost) no hits recordings that have never seen the light of day because they aren’t no damage. Then there’s the multi stage bosses where you have to get no damage on both stages for it to count. A lot of times the 2nd stage is the toughest because its a journey going back to it to practice.
I love this game I thought it was going to be hard but surprisingly it's fairly easy to pick up and it feels like a cross between Honkai impact and genshin impact But free to play friendly. And if you utilize everything they teach you in tutorials you'll do okay. One of the biggest tips I can probably give other players who are new like me put all your resources into your attacker and just keep your other two party members leveled up so they can survive hits just in case you get hit and switch out often utilize their switch-in attacks and three pings. I'm using a fire team Even though a lot of new player guides say that the fire team falls off but I pulled the fire chick with the cannon and the fire tank and now I'm just waiting to get the fire support and I'm going to stick with it anyway .
Good for you dude don't listen to the try hards if you want to build a specific team go for it it's not like the game prohibits you from doing so the game is super f2p friendly that you can build anyone you want and still (eventually) get everyone for free
BTW I'm f2p also I build physical Watanabe even though I have alpha they shit on him but who's laughing at leader warzone?beating their pitiful alpha tryhards ME!

Every character in the game will work, and character can be a meta build once you level and equip them well enough, meta characters are just easier to build

In terms of gameplay, I guess the most relevant tips would be try to get used to the game's rhythm (tho u will inevitably achieve this by just playing the game long enough), plan your skill usage and dont just spam skills, always have vision on your enemies because positioning is key in this game as difficult contents such as babel or memory rescue have fights where u, more often than not, battle against 4+ enemies and you can get combo chained to death by them if ure not careful, as for the dodge stamina mechanic, you'll learn to be subconsciously conservative with using them once ure used to the game

it's 1 2 for qte, wasd for directional pad, space bar for dodge, left ctrl for changing lock on ,right mouse click for basic atk and for the skill balls i just manually click them edit: middle mouse click for ult
In her first phase there's only 1 attack that u can parry, which is the one where Lamia jumps up and throws a spear at you, and in her second phase there are 3 main attacks that u can also parry, to parry them u just need any of your attacks to hit Lamia's at the same time, this applies to when she throws 5 spears at u near the end
Wow, this looks cool. Had a drop the game though because it just felt like a chore to play and it stopped being fun. Executing those slow-mo dodges always felt great though.
I guess I was being cautious cause if I use it and the boss does an attack at the same time, thus causing me to dodge, I will lose out on some dmg. Either that or I was trying to save up skill balls in preparation for the second phase, which is where you parry a lot

@@HuuTonyTran Imo, you should just stick to farming cogs and overclock materials for now, save your serum until the next event, which is where you can consistently farm the things you specifically need. Personally I don't recommend spending cogs on memories in the shop as the total amount of cogs you spend to buy and upgrade them is too costly but if you really, really need that 1 last piece to complete your build then yah, go ahead. Lamia is the name of the boss, Vera is the name of the char I'm controlling. Yes, like every S char released so far, she is extremely powerful. Tho don't worry about saving for her since it's gon take about 1.5 years for her to come to global and if u spend your BC wisely, you could theoretically obtain every S char.
