    In this video, structural analysis is performed using static structural in ansys workbench. This is also known as non linear analysis. So, blank material is of non linear material. Die and blank holder is fixed whereas punch is displaced 50 mm downward during simulation. Finally, stress and strain in blank is obtained. From the beginning of simulation to the end everything is explained about deep drawing process.

    Nice explanation, kindly clear i) how to add blank holder force and ii) why punch force is not mentioned anywhere.

      i) you can give force value to blank holder
      ii) Because I don't have any force data, so for simplicity i just given desired displacement to punch due to which Ansys will apply required force to make given displacement possibe
