Exactly. The corner peels/curls back from the breeze the dog creates when darting past it, then falls back into place right in time with the camera as it pans back over it. The only reason it doesn't blow out of place completely is because of the leash (or whatever) that's anchoring the other half of it. I'm sure there's something weird going on, given the dog's behavior, but that shadow isn't it.

17:06 reckon that’s just the shadow on the bus’, and the arm look is from the shadow around the wheel on to bus behind it. You can see that the wheel’s there. I reckon it’s a perfect combination on lighting, angle and the human ability to see humanoid shapes in anything remotely resembling us.
They didn’t see it down there because closer to it, you have better depth perception and being so close, you can quickly and easily change the angle you’re looking at something! :)

As someone who was a paranoid small child because 1. Night terrors and 2. Lazy eye can create shadow figures in peripheral vision - but then as a much older child and teen saw full-on ghostly figures I am on the “that dead thing looks like it has a face and that is not normal thus my child brain is scared” ship. My mom has had the same curtains in her room since I was three and I was convinced they were sentient because the way the folds were made evil grinning faces above the window, like a row of evil faces. I was so scared of them even after dad moved the folds to prove the faces weren’t real - I am still unsettled by those curtains and I’m thirty. I’ll side-eye them and tell them to shove off. xD
That’s what’s so scary with kids, things can be entirely real to them and not “made up”, yet it’s nothing. Or they could actually be experiencing something paranormal or seeing some peeping Tom, and you just have to examine every situation carefully. Like, more than throwing up that scares me. If my child tells me my curtains are evil I am burning them. I’ll be moving houses just in case every three months if the kid is like I was xD

In that one Clip to why would anyone leave the keys hanging in the lock: it's also a reason to keep children inside without just leaving a flat. Reason I say it could be is because I have a 1,5 year old toddler who loves to open doors himself, and since we live on the first floor, we can't have him just leaving the flat and fall down our old and dingy stairs.

I think the mom was scaring the kid. The video cuts just before she says anything, then the kid says “open that” like her mom just told her to say that. It also cuts a second time before the kid gets more emotional. And if her mom keeps acting like it’s real and confusing her it could scare her. Also the mom says twice that her daughter keeps saying the person is smiling at her (pretty typical horror movie thing) but the daughter never once even says the word smile in the video.
