Honestly I’ve only had a few ghost experiences myself that I absolutely can not rationalize. The rest I can put down to being tired, stressed, or common noises made by reasonable things or people. I absolutely love the concept of the paranormal but at the same time am very skeptic of such things unless completely shown to have no rime or reason for occurring other then by the unknown. There was a time I had a paranormal experience. So, I have a music box that my godmother gave me when I was little and I had it sitting on a shelf above my bed. I was just lying in bed one time, probably on my phone, and out of nowhere, the music box started playing. I didn't make any movements near it, and I haven't touched it in a while before that happened. It was terrifying. Also think this is worth mentioning, my godmother passed away several years ago.

14:44 fun fact kinda related to the chandelier, rocking and spinning like that can also be caused by micro tremors created by shifting in the tectonic plates. really common in the western US from my experience. while you can't feel it everything else can. hypothetically these tremors could also be irritating the ghosts.

Here's the thing about Japan; it has many places deemed as haunted. Anything ranging from the Aokigahara Forest, to a Hiroshima Memorial. The Japanese culture is why we know the "Oni". Anyways, long story short, it's not unusual to come across a haunted building there, especially with Japan's dark history.

With the metal cup thing, while I definitely think it isn't ghosts, I highly doubt it'd be a magnet, as I can't imagine it'd be easy to get a magnet strong enough to pull a cup in the way it did- especially considering how small or far away it'd have to be for us to be unable to see it. (The string is a much more likely explanation)
