You know what's so apparent and so cute in the long version? In the beginning it's a bit awkward and you can tell they're all getting to know each other, but when they come back to check the cured resin it's clear they've been through some sh*t together and are friends now lol. This was my dream collab and can't wait for whatever's coming at Saf's channel (also thank you SO MUCH for releasing the uncut I loved it)
it's been for so long they were saying they wanted to do collab with safiya and like e&k and saf&ty are my favorite yootoob couples, i've got over the sky excited when i saw the main channel video and this extended cut, i love them, i love their energy together , all 3 are adorable! :D only thing i wish was that tyler was more involved as well but knowing how their bad makeup science videos (or videos in Saf's channel) usually go and that Tyler stays mostly in the background in those it's understandable.

I remember Katelyn suggesting the idea in one of the other videos of them using Holo Taco of mixing it into resin. Loved seeing them do that in the edited version and love this even more.
The NYX glitter is eye safe so it's completely rounded so it doesn't cut your eyeball (hence eye safe). Normal craft glitter is cut in a hexagon shape. My guess is that's why it's more sparkley. Less edges for the light to bounce off of. But what do I know? Mostly speaking out of my ass as per usu!!

The pestle is the grinding tool you hold, pestle being derived from the Latin word meaning “pounder”. The mortar and pestles we’ve found date back to 35,000 BCE, however that’s only because those are made of stone so we can still find them but wood and clay ones could’ve been used for thousands of years before we just have no evidence of them left. It is one of the oldest tools for processing food making grain easier to cook and digest. Plus large wooden mortar and pestles led to the invention of the butterchurn. This is such a long and weirdly specific comment but i love the mortar and pestle because it exemplifies human innovation and it’s something so old that is still currently used in chemistry and pharmaceuticals labs on the regular

I wonder, has this been suggested before - same concept but with colourful spices or other food? like turmeric, cayenne, basil/some other kind of green, cinnamon, pink/black peppercorns etc. ... or fruit puree lol... now that we know water (foundation) in resin still cured.... how much fruit can you put into resin and it still cure? or freeze-dried fruit / vegetable powder
I think y’all would make an amazing miniature mine craft build! (Ex:Putting sand in resin and pouring it into little cube molds and then making them into something)

I noticed around the 27 minute mark where Saf is pouring the test cude of the small pouch of glitter into the cube mold that yall used a clip of the eye glitter I think being poured into the bat mold instead of a clip of the small pouch glitter into the cube mold

I bet the blue is a clear pigment, hence why the hairspray struggles with dark hair, it is just staining the light reflecting off, and very little is reflecting
Whenever i see Saf and Cristine together, i get the feeling they dont fit that well together. i mean, i dont know, i believe however, thats mostly because of the cam. I always thought Saf has to push hard do be a bit extra in her videos, both actually. 🤔 So i really love seeing her here.
