Yet another SV650 fuel leak repair video

SV's are a bit notorious for developing fuel leaks, here's where I found mine. Fuel pump had hosed itself, dumping gas into the carbs which overflowed. This caused a few hours of headaches worth of trouble shooting but new parts are inbound.

I'm dealing with the same issue. My diaphragms are worn out but cant find replacements on the parts fiche. Where did you find them?

Was this causing rich air fuel mixture ? Stalling or bogging ?

There are no official repair kits from Suzuki, but Winderosa model 451454 is 100% compatible and much cheaper than a new pump

Hi.I have another problem...i didn't start my sv650 one year because battery go down...after one year i bought booster and i try to start it...but than become a problem...bike don't start and the fuel is leaking from a tank vent...quite a lot...
I think all the fuel is passing carburetor and leaking out from the vent.
has someone had the same problem?

Need's a new battery and a good carb clean. The carbs on the sv are vacuum pumps so even the slightest amount of pressure change, in your case from an attempt to crank, in the cylinders will cause fuel to flow and overfill the bowls
