Cadet training should require people to arrest James randle and pull over Buddha for a traffic ticket. Anyone who can accomplish both of those tasks would be a great cop

Interesting enough, James might have a self defense case in this situation as he was in danger of losing his life. It usually doesn't work in a lawful arrest UNLESS the arrestee is in danger of losing their life when the officer could have used less lethal means of detainment.
