You can just take you sdcard from you intel terasic DE-10 nano, slap into QM-Tech board and it will work normally.

I didn't realise you were into MiSTer sweet .This new board is what MiSTer needed shame that the boards from terasic have gone up in price so much

looks like a new revision replaced this one with the sdram already on the mobo
the only problem is the hub usb missing, io board for crt can be repleaced with a dac direct video and crt conversor but 2 player games how do you play without a hub usb??????
you can use a bluetooth dongle and connect 2 controllers to it

How are they selling this board so cheap? The FPGA chip alone is between $200 and $300 off the shelf to the builder

Прежде чем давать ссылки на модуль памяти для оригинальной платы De10 Nano неплохо бы было изучить тему лучше. Китайский клон De10 Nano имеет другую распиновку 40 пинового порта, и он не совместим со старыми модулями SD RAM.
