I’ve come to love this series. The staff is so incredible how they love and care for all the species. I will forever be in your debt for saving these animals and giving them a life they deserve. Thank you!
I've REALLY come to love the Stumpy Grumpy monkeys. Toto is really beautiful, the "Pretty Boy" of the group, but I love them all in their own ways. Each is so different, especially the older men.
@@Sewtired I wish I could post a picture here but Google a baby stump tail. They're so ugly they're adorable. People in Asian countries poach them from their parents and then make them RUclips Stars. It's really sickening. I'm sure the staff here knows about it and I'm sure it nauseates them
The staff spoils them more than most parents spoil their children!! I love how creative you all are in giving them ways to find their food. Making them work for it. They need that.
I've been filming langurs and macaques more frequently in the wild here in Thailand recently, and it's fascinating comparing the types of behaviour I see compared to these ones here. I particularly enjoyed seeing the response of the stump-tailed macaques to their herb snack.
It is truly a testiment to the dedication, devotion and determination of Alison and her care team that they have hand-raised not one, but FIVE baby Woolly Monkeys, in addition to the other babies they have raised. When the first one came, they didn't even know if it COULD be done. It had NEVER been done successfully, to raise a baby Wooly and have them be able to grow up and thrive and rejoin a group. They have succeeded beautifully with this challenge, and as we see from Bueno Jr., their work has most definitely paid off because he has grown into a handsome, young Wooly who is happy and thriving. All those sleepless nights doing bottle feeds at 3 am and nappy changes were worth it.
Isn't it unusual for wooly monkeys to not have an interest in their newborn? I don't recall ever hearing about those mothers rejecting their baby. Maybe it's because they had intervention from humans? I just wondered about this and thought I'd ask. I don't worry about the little baby Ayla couldn't bond with. With Alison and her team he will be well cared for, and just like their other successful human reared, and fit right in with the other woolys. They do it right, SSI he's in good hands. Bless you all at Monkey World! I love you Alison. I couldn't be more proud of you if I was your mom. You're a wonderful woman, hard working, and you seem to have a non stop supply of love to give. 🥰
I have to say Toto is a handsome ugly monkey lol. He looks so much healthier than the lab monkeys. I was praying Ayla would take the baby back. But Alison and the team are awesome woolly monkey baby raisers lol
I'm so glad Allison keep going after Jim passed these episodes are old I'm trying see we're I can stream new episodes I binged this show on prime there 9 seasons starting from 1996
I wonder if the rejection rate of new born primates is greater in captivity then in in the wild. If so it is unfortunate but the remaining species populations are so low they need human intervention to be saved.
Amazing how the staff doesn’t want regular people raising monkeys themselves, yet the staff, every chance they get, give the natural animal mother very little chance to acclimate with her newborn, baby, and quickly say: “she’s not gonna except it.“ So that they can then raise the baby themselves. I’ve seen them do this over and over and over and over and over again. So it’s OK for them to raise a pet monkey, as long as you don’t.
😂I think they give mamas many chances to accept their babies back, remember this is only a 20 minute video! I doubt very seriously they want to raise any primate baby, but when those cases arise, these people are more than qualified and know what they're doing raising one up till it can be joined with their species of like primates! Normal people raising monkeys as pets don't know their ass from a hole in the ground, that has been seen over and over and over and over again when one has to be rescued. You may need to watch these qualified, educated and trained caretakers plus Jeremy and Allison just a little closer. They rescue primates and give them a home as close to natural as possible. I have yet out of the thousands of home monkey videos that exploit their "pet" on social media for financial gain to see any "owner" do that. Scroll on down next time Minkey World has a video pop up, it is very obvious you just don't like what these compassionate, caring human beings are doing for those wild animals. You will not be missed, I'm pretty sure. Ta ta!👋
Oh, and btw, Monkey World doesn't have any "pets" at the park. But what they do have are the ones "owners had as pets" that did not feed them correctly, caged, lonely, abused, and psychologically traumatized primates, rehabilitate them, turn back into the wild if possible but if not, give those wild animals a safe haven to call home for the rest of their lives where they will not be tortured again. Ever.
I love how Alison speaks Wooly! 😊
I just wanna cuddle all of those stumpee grumpy macaques. I love the way they sit around looking completely unbothered like at 12:20
As if they have zero "F's" to give .
LOL they disaprove. I love the Stumpies!

He is such a handsome little lion

The baby Woolley was born with TEETH?!?!? Wow.
So many boys born to the the woolys. Time for some honey in the diets my nanna said. Guaranteed they will get more girls.😅😅 My favorite stumpies 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Pongyo is beautiful
He sure is 😊 so is his lovely lady Peanut ❤ I love her round fuzzy face!
They sing beautifully, too! I love hearing the gibbons sing!❤
The caretakers work so hard. I've totally indulged myself with all the videos I've missed. Thank you
So sad when the moms don’t care for their babies. Thankful that these guys are wonderful about taking care of babies when needed.

There's nothing like a cold treat on a hot day. As all ways ladies get first pickings. Hope you grow up big and strong little Wooley monkey.

No interest is better than aggression
Does Ayla have a Mom yet?
My darling woollies are, unfortunately, not the best mothers.
