  • During the lockdown and pandemic Nottingham saw unprecedented amounts of strange allocations on routes and extended services too across most bus operators.
Not all the unusual allocations were recorded due to the nature of a lockdown, but what could be found is included here once restrictions were relaxed somewhat.
Nottingham City Transport utilised its Parliament Street Depot for all workings for many weeks and therefor no smaller midibuses were used apart from 399 leaving only big buses also ideal for enhanced social distancing. The allocations which also don't see an ADL Enviro bodied double decker have been included as well as looking at the Navy services 1 and 48 operated normally by Gotham depot. Trent Bridge depot were busy servicing the fleet and carrying out maintenance which can be seen during the course of a day spent with Ash.
Trent Barton extended a few peak services to Queens Medical Centre which are seen within this short video and due to Centrebus moving their bigger buses to Leicester Damon is seen driving an Optare Solo to Melton Mowbray.
