Booked trip to Singapore & Royal Caribbean 4 nights cruise in the month of December! Thanks for your all your hotels review and I selected Parkroyal Collection Marina bay at the best available price!
Wow thats great!! Appreciate your comment and hope you have an awesome trip to Singapore!! Do let us know if you have any queries haha! Will be glad to help out if we can.
Thanks - always good to hear a local person's point of view. One thing I would argue with - I would have put Singapore at 9.5/10 for public safety, possibly even a bit higher..... I'm from the UK and have travelled quite widely (US, Asia, and Europe) since retiring and Singapore was the place where I felt the safest.
Thanks for your comment! Yea, I would agree with you! Wouldn't say I am that well travelled to other countries but in Singapore, we do have our fair share of crazy. Hahaha.
No problem! Glad we could help. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask! Thank you for watching too! Hope you have a great trip to Singapore!
I appreciate your videos Lance, will be there on the 26th with the wife for the 1st time. Always make me laugh with your “other” comments “except for some a-holes” LOL I’m still going through a lot of your hotel reviews 😊
Thanks David! Appreciate it. Hope you have a great stay in Singapore! HAHA just comment down below at the video if you have any questions! Happy to help out a fellow traveler!
Love your videos! They are so informative and detailed! Can you do a video on the different sections/parts of Singapore and the population type (i.e where expats usually live or where young people usually hang out...) and what the vibe is like, things to do there, or what each section is known for?
Hey thanks for the comment!! Appreciate it!! Wow interesting idea! Let us take that into consideration and see if it can work out! But thank you for the ideas!
Im not a smoker myself but, yea there are designated spots outside the malls and some areas. But SG can be quite strict on the type of cigarettes and where you throw the buds. Haha i have friends that got fined from throwing it wrongly lolol. So just be careful ya 🤜🏽
Hi, thank you for this informative video. I want to ask about the SG arrival card. Does the guardian have to fill one card for the whole family or does the guardian need to fill one card for each passenger including the kids?
@@BestHotelReviewChannel the cash price is def too expensive for me but I plan on using points! Not sure how easy it is for Singaporeans to earn points (very easy in the US with credit cards) but it makes luxury travel so much more affordable!
@@yunjieangelli7271 Ah then thats great! For the credit card points system here in Singapore, and to my knowledge (which may be limited), most of them can only get IHG points. If we want Marriott points, will need to get a credit card that is affiliated to the hotel group. haha I believe in the US, Chase credit cards are one of the best cards with many transfer partners yea? But yes! Personally I use credit cards to get miles and actually redeem flights for my upcoming New Zealand Trip!
@@BestHotelReviewChannel yes both chase and amex are great. I mainly use Amex points for flights and Chase for Hyatt. Btw, can I ask if you think it's better to visit Singapore mid Aug or end of Sept? in terms of weather and crowds. i thought weather would be similar all year round but one of my friends told me to avoid Aug bc it's hotter than usual. is this true?
Hi... V are planning to book hotel Park royal on Kitchener road for our family stay. Any thoughts/inputs on the hotel?? Is it a good hotel?? Thanks! Kind regards
Hey man! Welcome to Singapore! About the hotel, its located right behind Little India and has a mall right opposite it! Direct MRT access from the mall as well. Overall is a decent hotel but it always lives in the shadow of Park Royal Beach Road haha. About the inside, i am not too sure because we have never stayed there before.
There are a couple of stores once you come out of the immigration that sells it! Alternatively, you can check out 7-11 stores or cheers which are convenient stores located across Singapore! 👍🏽
Haha, I dont know exactly where because the video by CNA didnt mentioned specifically. But if you are a tourist, you will definitely not go around the area hahhaa. But if you are a local or have been staying in SG, just head to any coffee shop!
Another great video 📹 👏 👍
Thanks man! haha Hope it helps you travel better in SG!

I used Grab all the time ! I went on the MRT like 2 times to try it out but Grab is convenient and you get to see the city :)
Indeed! But its quite expensive no? hahahha, but sometimes taking public transport, you can see the country in a different way too!

Hello! I am glad it helps! Also, i believe there is a group submission, so best if all fills up including the kids!
This is great! Please do a video on where to stay. I'm leaning towards Andaz but curious to learn about other options
Cool! Will give it a shot 🫡 haha andaz is a good choice! But quite expensive 😂
