Got me with the clown! I stayed there a week before Halloween. The Clown art is different in each room. I really love all of the art. I didnt do the cemetery at night either because it was cold then too! I do feel like I missed out though because I didnt visit the cemetery at night.

I've driven through Goldfield but never thought to stop. This is a fantastic vlog of a sleepy ghost town. Wow the clown motel, lol. A room there is actually pretty expensive at over $100. I guess it's a one-in-a-lifetime experience to remember though. I think i liked the art cars and the tonopah cemetery the most. like#93

It is 9.30 am CET Sunday Morning near Berlin, it is chilly outside (-8° C). I'm sitting in front of tv, with my coffee mug and yes! I would be brave enough for spending a night at the clown motel, cause i survived already Circus Circus in 2001 :-). To be honest, i'm a bit jealous, these pictures and the fridge (😆) impress me.

Thank you and we were there on Saturday at 9:30AM and aside from the Dinky Diner, nothing opened until 11AM. If it wasn’t freezing and gusting, I would’ve shot some drone footage at the Car Forest, but it wasn’t safe or responsible to fly. I plan to go back and spend a bit more time there when it’s warmer.
@@LasVegasandBeyond that would be nice to go back when warmer for sure, I went to the car forest and we did fly a drone but none of the footage was recorded. :-( seems to be an operator error on that one. sucks. Maybe I'll get back out there someday. lol.
Tonopah is home to the richest silver strikes in United States history. Amazing how silver always takes a bus back seat in the history books. It's advertised as an off-roading destination. They forget to tell you they really mean on horseback. Can't tell you much about the area because I somehow always found myself trespassing on government land. Never argue with fully loaded gun racks on pick-up trucks.
You are so right, I mean Nevada is the Silver State. Wait, our government only exists to serve The People how is that trespassing ? and I never argue with someone with a loaded gun rack.
@@LasVegasandBeyond That far into the state of Nevada is sketchy. I wasn't on ATVs. Truck stayed on dirt roads. No signs, no fences, and no buildings for miles. Far enough from the military test range, and other military facilities. Then again, maybe not.
The footage at the Clown Motel is pretty awesome. Tonophah is rich in history.

I think finding music for vlogs is probably the most time consuming part of the process and then re-editing the scenes to make it fit.
