8 years later, I've rewatched this... and it still gives me goosebumps... best cover I've ever heard still, to this day.
Pfft, guys please. Just because she can sing at all three levels it doesn't mean it's lip synced. She has a tiny crack at the adolescent Anna part, and Kristen as young adult Anna had a lot more vibrato. She did not steal it from the movie, she covered it and slayed it ♡
Its lip synced but she lip sync by her own singing, its not live recording but the singing was hers.
It means she did sing this cover, but the video itself is not when she was actually recording the audio.
This is good but it’s no exact replica, it’s not stolen from the movie

For everyone who is saying that this is fake, I'm sorry to inform you that you are mistaken. The reason why there are a few contradictions between the audio and video is because she is lip singing. However, she is lip singing to her OWN VOICE that she previously recorded. So please stop trying to prove that her singing is fake because that is quite insulting to her.

Guys, she is only lip synching to HER OWN voice. Not from the original singer. She is lip synching to a pre-recorded song-which is from her own unique voice! I can't believe you guys find it hard to believe that she is not singing from her own voice. There's a thing call TALENT people! How can you guys be so ignorant. Don't bash on people who are willing to use their talent into the public. Also, she posted a video response clearly stating that its all in her own voice.

2. Compare the original to this cover. ALL THE WAY TO THE END. If you still can't hear the difference, I'm honestly worried for you.
3. You have absolutely no proof that shows that she is using the original frozen audio. She has made the video on this, explaining that it is her own voice, is that not enough?? Is it not possible for people to adjust their voices???? hAVE YOU NEVER MIMICKED ANYONE???????

it undeniably is. If you listen carefully there are moments when her voice will crack or she misses the pitch just the slightest bit. I'm not saying it's bad, I'm saying that this video is purely genuine because there's no way the movie soundtrack would have those human quirks in there because the sound producers would have edited them all out. Once again, I'm not saying in any way that Hannah Cho's singing in this is bad in any way. It is fantastic and I'm merely trying to prove in her case that she definitely did not fake any of the voices she sang. :)

If you listen to the way she says 'Snowman', it has an american accent by the end. Also, if you listen to the original piece, the young child's voice isn't as crisp or as clean as Hannah's.
And if you think that she's lip syncing, watch her next video. She's lip syncing to her previous recording.
