Honestly this is one of the few final girl songs more scary. The rest are more sexy or powerful this one is frantic and scared.

I have definitely heard other songs with a similar premise, but like you said a lot of them have the final girl be super confident and unbothered, which are fun in their own way, but I think this sort of character would be very much bothered. She's pissed! Her friends were all killed by this guy, so she's not gonna treat it like some game. It's serious business!
