Operation Malpas - tackling anti-social behaviour in Rhondda.

Operation Malpas - a two-day operation to improve the quality of life for residents across the Rhondda valley. It was held in direct response to community concerns about ant-social behaviour throughout the Rhondda. Mini-operations tackled fly tipping, underage drinking, speed and nuisance driving, illegal parking, and truanting.
