      myVideoMedia GmbH Here's a couple cool links. I read Rodolpho Lanciani's book titled "The Destruction of Ancient Rome" for a Roman history class in college. I picked it out at random off the shelf in the archives room at my university for the subject of a book report. It was like finding a giant gold nugget while reaching for a pebble in a creek bed. It is fascinating reading for anybody who want the untold story of the neglected monuments of the glory days. His book is available for free on the internet archive.

      Here is a great photo of the Boxer (2nd from top) when discovered in 1885 at the Southern base of the Quirinal Hill.

    Krásná podívaná,jedinečné památky,vykopávky,kus historie, které už asi vzhledem k věku na vlastní oči neuvidím.Vzpomínka na latinský jazyk na střední škole,který nám tuto historii přibližoval, také moji předkové z oblasti Florencie umocňují tento krásný zážitek.Děkuji. Romana.

    Thanks for the video! I am surprised that there are so few videos like this on YT. Just like there are a lot of travel videos focusing on the city of Rome, there's very little information about the Roman museums, where to find what, depending on your primary interest.

    • @myvideomedia
      @myvideomedia  7 лет назад +1

      Thank you very much for your nice comment! I think the main problem is, that it is not allowed to film in all museums. We even had a lot of problems in the colosseum. They confiscated our bigger camera, only the small one was allowed :-( Best wishes!

    How rude was that old man who was sleeping (11:18) as this wonderful Dr. is giving this couple information: he was doing this right in front of her face! How damn rude! And the lady in green kept getting in front of you filming! Unbelievable!

    • @myvideomedia
      @myvideomedia  9 лет назад

      mibello aleman Hello, thank you for your comment, which shows you feel with me. But take it easy, travelling con be hard and after a loger tour your are tired, but you want to see as much as possible!

    • @mibelloaleman
      @mibelloaleman 9 лет назад

      myVideoMedia GmbH Thanks for replying. Oh I'm fine and taking it very easy since I've already been there, done that! I've been to Rome and other cities many times, but it always disgusts me to see the likes of people like this who have a sense of entitlement, who think it's all about them and the hell with everyone else, for example, you who is trying to film this wonderful Dr. (who is obviously far more educated than those idiots), who is SO PATIENTLY trying to continue her lecture in spite of their rudeness. I ran into the likes of these people and I always called them out and asked them if they think they're better than everyone else. If so, then to say so, otherwise quite the damn disrespect! And ALWAYS they would discontinued being rude! I don't tolerate rude people. But I feel for you for trying to give us this wonderful lecture. Thanks for uploading it! Ciao!

      @@myvideomediaIn the 1st minute of the video you say: "This is Numidian marble and that says you something, it was imported from Egypt". Numidia is not in Egypt. Numidia was also a Roman territory in Africa, far away from Egypt. The marble most probably was imported fron Numidia not Egypt.

    which uses the camera to film in 4K?

    • @myvideomedia
      @myvideomedia  9 лет назад

      FriuulCiclismo KiWei I use a Sony PXW-Z100. I filmed with 50fps but uploaded with 25fps because YT accepst actually only 25 fps for 4K. If you upload with 50fps it is converted to 1080 50p.
