@@WorldWideCorals THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I AM ON THE EXACT STAGE OF WHERE YOUR TANK IS USING DRY SAND AND DRY MARCO ROCK CANT WAIT FOR THE CYCLING STAGE!!! I HUST NEVER SEEN A STEP BY STEP CYCLING VIDEO.
Great work Josh and Tommy! I like the bigger structure on the right, I think I would tinker more with the left one to go with your original design and thought process of more open space for fish to hide, swim through. Overall, it looks fantastic and good to see the process!
Haha! It’s very hard to keep the same scape! Even if the scape was the same, like most people, there’s going to be some rocks moving around in the future ;)
Honestly both structures that were done, didn't look good (from the store or home). Some smaller rocks stuck together with glue or epoxy would have really opened it up and provide more viewing angles from different sides. Also give places for the fish to swim in and out of but also help with places for sleeping. Provide areas for fish with aggression; break that line of sight. With as long as its taking (from perspective of the videos) to set up the tank. a really nice aquascape could have been done since wanting to islands. could have took a photo of what it looked like at the store have it where each structure be in two or three pieces (for easy/safe travel) then put it together when got home. (have it where the rock sit into some grooves so wouldnt need to glue and the weight of the rock just hold it together)
Hey Patrick, thanks for watching and the comment. I think the style you are describing is more of a "bonsai" look. I've had that in aquariums previously, but I wanted to go with the larger shelf pieces for this setup. Keep in mind that while both aquascaping styles have their own function, it's also is down to personal preference. There's also plenty of hiding spaces for fish in the right structure. I will probably mess some more with the left one as mentioned. Don't forget once it's covered in corals, you'll be looking at something different.
I need to do this exact scape with the two towers/negative space to my 36 aio should I order a box of 22lb Marco stax reef rocks? What do y’all suggest?
I have to say this is wwc worst scape they have done I love there style of aquascaping in there farm tank where you can see coral from every angle to me this is kind of an armature style scape in a Very expensive tank hopefully it changes if not then I look forward to seeing this tank get pimped later down the road
Everyone has their own preference on scaping and preferences can even change down the road! It’s like moving rocks around in your home aquarium! The main idea and goal is to create a scape where there will be good flow and placement for corals :)
Dude this build is going to be epic! Also tank is in an awesome spot! Cant wait to see whats next!
Thanks a ton! We will try to document every step. Let us know if there's anything you'd like to see in particular.
These two video were fantastic
That means a lot! Thank you - Tommy
Saying it looks good is an understatement. Thanks for mentioning us at the end of the video. Scott
🙌🙌🙌
Wow the tank is coming together nicely. Let get the cycle going .
Thank you Johnny! I think I'm going to use the Brightwell Starter Kit to get it going a little faster.
I was just thinking about this build earlier today and bam new video. Thanks for the update. Maybe I should think about this more often... 🤔
Thank you so much for watching and thinking about this build! Feel free to think of any video ideas you would love to see!
Looks great.
Thank you so much! We appreciate you watching the video! What size tank do you have?
@@WorldWideCorals Much smaller than that lol. That tank is awesome.
It's a Waterbox Frag 55.2. It's 24x24x16. I like the look of shallow tanks.
Man if you can do an in depth video of the cycling process and what your using I’ll greatly appreciate it!!! LOVING THIS SERIES
Great suggestion. We will do an entire episode on the cycle process. Thanks so much.

Nice job 👍 🔝
Thank you! Cheers!
You Tube build thread? awesome Idea!
Thanks for checking it out. There's also a build thread over at Reef2Reef.com
Negative space? That’s More like what Jacob Larsen’s record looks against me in Mortal Kombat….Ooooohhhhh yeahhhh.
Maybe you guys should have a rematch!

Thank you so much for watching!!
Where’s episode 1?
Episode 1 came out at the end of November. You can find it right on our video page right before the Pimp My Tank series started.
what lights are those?
GNC BluRay Pro
How many times will I mess with the aquascape? 😂
Keep your hands out of the tank 😂
@@WorldWideCorals I can’t stop lol!
Marco Rock isn't a synthetic rock? Man made?
Marco Rock is not man made, it’s a natural rock harvested from ancient reefs and it’s also environmentally friendly!
@@WorldWideCorals ah cool! Never knew that. Good to know.
