Was just watching wretch 32 and hoping you guys would react to him😂think he’s definitely one of the best lyricists in the world but slept on too much. (I know you guys don’t like the freestyles) but I’d definitely recommend his fire in the booths part 3 and 4. Both are incredible as he’s just showing of all of his ability as an artist. Part 3 is a must, some bars fly over my head so I need you guys to decipher them for the people 😂👍

Totally agree - Kano’s recent video for Trouble /Class of Deja is really worth checking out - UK legends. And Little Simz is deservedly having a great year; she is one of the best UK artists in my opinion (Kendrick Lemar is a big fan) and her recent album Grey Area is a masterpiece from beginning to end. It’s been nominated for a Mercury Award, the most prestigious music award in the UK. As an introduction to her music, I would recommend Dead Body or Good for What, or anything off Grey Area. Talk about playlists - that album is never off my car stereo🔥🔥🔥

K.A.N.O... UK Artist, Kano. A UK legend. Brilliant artist. Since late 90s. Anything from album Made in the Manner, Halo is amazing, this is England is brilliant too. or brand new 2019 Hoodys in the Summer. Some great stuff on there.. His fire in booth is amazing too... . He's totally laid the path, created the platform for the more recent guys, Dave etc, he deserves the exposure and he's authentic, his penmanship, his style.. could only be UK!!!!

Yes - this one is amazing. Black Rose by Ghetts feat. Kojey Radical is my favourite track by anyone in the last year. Award nominated by the Ivor Novellos - the most prestigious songwriting award in the country, and totally deserved. Such a beautiful track and shows Ghetts’ artistry. Love the video too.

His fitb 3 and 5 are both incredible but if you’d rather do one of his songs, ‘Antwi’ is the one to do next.
I think at one time or another almost every band does a song using the chord progression from pachabels Canon. Examples "curtousy of the red white and blue" from toby Keith, "bad things" Machine gun Kelly, (actually from fastball "out of my head" but all canon). One I cant stop listening to right now though is "the hook" blues travelers. They do a great job with it.
There's not much of a Country scene in UK, but if you wanted to check out something similar the Folk music is great!

Saying that, have you guys done any of Leo Moracchioli's songs? He does absolutely wonderful metal covers of popular songs. One is House of the Rising Sun. I loved that song growing up and was really disappointed in 5FDP's version. I think Leo's version has become my favorite now. The rest of his are excellent as well. He did a cover of This Is America that I love just as well as the original. Most of his are just as good -- if not better -- than the originals.
