Is the Nike Motiva a good sneaker for women? Review and How to Style

I have a grey pair and am a obvious heel striker in walks looking at how my shoes wear over time.
This shoe makes my feet go more straight striking more on the middle.
Making them extremely comfortable for 5 kilometer walks with my dog.
