I recently have been playing Undisputed and It got me wondering what the career mode will be like when the game is released. I decided to play through the Knockout Kings Series and Fight Night Series and try out every career mode to determine which I liked the most. This is part two of the "Which boxing game has the best career mode" videos. Let me know what your favorite boxing game of all time is in the comments below!

Fight Night Round 3 was the best
I say Fight Night Round 3 because you could Create boxers outside of career and pick for them to integrate into your career.
Fight Night round 3 is what I put the most hours into when I was younger but I mostly played the PSP version!
@@NewPowerOfficial827 you should play the Xbox or the 360 version
Facts easily 💯💯
I believe you can do the same for fight night champion
@@jetskimike898 yeah, we can do this.
I still think FN Round 4 is the best combat sports career mode in gaming history
Would of been better if they didn’t remove rag doll knockouts and kept head sculpting
Can we talk about fight night 2004 having better punch animations that Undisputed esbc😢
Fight night 2004 is better in every than undisputed(ESBC) other than graphics
Remember the fnr3 on psp 😅 combo was best than undisputed
The lean feature in round 3 is godly. I wish someone would make a mod to just make the game harder because I don’t think I would ever let the game go
2 is the best for career Far more CAREER options. Not forced to retire like 3. They needed to combine 2's entrances, music, escort and pyrotechnics, with champion's gear customization. Need a reason to spend cash earnings.
Fight night round 3 by far has the best due to the rivalries that you get throughout the career mode
I think it was overrated. You didn't choose a rival and it worked in a weird arcade fighting system of win throughout the tower then fight the 'boss' who wasn't even better than some opponents you fought to get there. Its a good idea but they would need a social media aspect and out the ring activities for it to actually be worth it to me. Plus an undefeated boxer wouldn't become rivals with someone with 5+ losses and 10wins. A rival should always be looming and a fight with them can happen not just in a small section of a career but a threat for many stages of it.
Fight Night Round 2 is the best one to me. From the graphics, fight speed and haymaker effects. Don’t forget the graphic beatings of the face from bleeding to bruising. After Round 2 everything started getting more realistic and not as fun with the arcade/realistic gameplay.
Umm it’s suppose to realistic it’s simulation boxing series
@@Ma1q444I like Round 2 Cut Feature where you can heal Your Boxer Too
I just rebought a PS2 just for the first two Fight Nights, 2004 has a great aura about it, but Round 2 is just fun with the parry and haymaker mechanics, haymakers made me OP with my buddies. They couldn't work the stick well enough for the combos.
Fight Night: Round Haymakers time.
Round 2 is the most fun for sure, but is by far the least realistic. Pure Haymakers. You hit like 40cand they still up. Jabs and regular punches are useless
@@RomnysGonzalez yea to an extent. But the jabs and other punches aren’t completely useless, I use them after the opponent is stuck in limbo from the haymaker to beat up their face and body more. They work, it’ll ultimately get the fight stopped by referee because of how gruesome it’ll get physically. I know so, I’ve done it multiple times in the game. It’s mad fun. I wish they would reboot it
As much as people love Champions mode in fight night champion the budget that went into that largely reflects the minimum gameplay changes and features added.
Yh bad decision making
They "streamlined" the career mode to the point of making it boring and repetitive. I love the ideas in champion and wish they would have implemented them in career mode. Having crooked judges in fights would be cool, having a dirty opponent would be cool, hell let your fighter get sent to prison. There's some really cool stuff at play they never utilized
Liked fight night round 2 because you can unlock a lot of cool arenas as well I just wanted to win all my fights just for the sick arenas you could unlock I remember the Mexican one was my favorite one
Fight night round 3 is the best. With the corner cuts and blood and other mechanics. They took a lot of fight night champions
The control was amazing
The physical changes was what made me play fight night round 2 I loved it when you get overweight then once you train harder you start seeing six packs but all on all fight night champions was the best for me in terms of career mode cause there's a storyline which you don't get in the other games
The career mode and story mode are to different things
Fight night champions for me , also there’s a glitch where you can bare knuckle fight like Andre had to do in jail but with any player 🔥
There's a bare knuckle mode dlc. Don't think it's purchasable anymore but if you bought it back then it still works
3 had the best soundtrack, period. 'Never gonna get it' is still one of my favorite songs. And I still jam out to 'The best out' when doing jump rope.
Best Career mode I would give to 4, but I agree that you that being good at all of the minigames was pretty rough.
I was today years old when i heard the uncensored version of never gonna get it and discovered the huge part of the first verse that was spliced out. Mad gun bars lmao. Felt like I was hearing it for the first time.
04 was me and my brother's favorite.. definitely had the best controller setup.. i made a Floyd Mayweather character too.. 😎
I hated that all the real boxers retired by the time i got to face them.
You can add boxers that were created online, and due to gameface they actually look like them.
@@Ma1q444if you can do that, then you could hypothetically update the rosters yourself, and add in people like Tank and Usyk. Can you pick all their stats?
The controls for round 3, the strikes, the counters, the blocks, everything was perfect. Champion made it more complicated with the strikes and easier with the blocks, 3 was more balanced.
The parry and automatic KO haymaker were stupid though. The parry would leave you frozen for 3 seconds. On the higher difficulty that's all the cpu does, is shell up, alternating blocks real quick to try and catch you in a parry to freeze you, its so dumb.
The one with Roy Jones. From customizing your ring walk. Plus you was able to win multiple titles. I want 2k to do a boxing because of how deep the career mode. Can you imagine the fight build ups. With the press runs and have opinions. To pick what you say? If you wanna trash talk or be respectful. That would be sick.
2K already did a boxing game. It was the worst boxing game ever made. Don Kings Prize fighter for ps3 and xbox 360. Absolutely trash boxing game !
@@East_Texas_Gaming Don King??? That’s the problem. He wanted all the money and didn’t leave nothing. To the developers to make it a good game.
@@derrellarthur4604 yep, even the rocky games were better than it. In fact, rocky 1 on the first xbox was super good.
I really like the roster on round 3 but everything after that is also a lot of fun.
I still have all these games even knockout kings
13:19 was fire dude 😎
Dope work on this video homie 🔥
Much appreciated! 🥊
Fight Night Round 3 was the best
Everybody says that. I wish they would make it backwards b/c I never got to play it
@@BreakHarpeif you have a pc, ps2 emulators are pretty simple
I liked Fight Night 4
Round 2 was the best overall but being able to keep punching yo opponent after he knocked out on round one was the best!!!
Haha that’s what me and all my friends did back then on fight night round 2 try to get as many punches to your fighter when you knock em out 😂😂 shit used to be so funny even when they on the ground still give em no mercy lol
Boxers Road 2 the real...greatest career mode ever in any boxing game ever made.
Facts
In fight night round 3 u have Classic , cross and philly shell block style
U just have to unlock philly shell
Fight Night Round 2 because you could drop weight class or come up
You can do that in champion also
FN3 is my fav especially the PSP version. In ps2, there's no ranking in career mode
I loved round 2 with the haymake cheese
Im glad you made this video i started by playing fight night on psp i got crazy Good and i play fight night champion on xbox one now but i have a ps3 and i used to play fight night round 4 u convinced me to pick it up again i just could never beat the training sessions i really sucked i feel like on fight night 4 is really complicated to train compared to the other fight night games i play btw fight night round 2 looks and feel the same as the one on psp they just call the one on psp fnr3
Fight night round 3 on psp is so nostalgic!
Long time fight night fan bro great video! 🤝 keep up the good work
I appreciate it! Thank you so much!
hajime no ippo victorious road where you can even manage the diet of your boxer and have to make sure that you make weight
Coming soon… 🥊
much respect ! keep grinding
Started playing FNChampion on gamepass, did they upgrade the graphics or something... Game looks very good for a 360 game... Loving it!
Overall fight night 2004 is for me the best game boxing ever
Ye its better than any other boxing game on ps2 , i play 2004 all the time, great game 👍
Round 4!!!!!!
2004 was the best. It had the best controls, the best training mode, and the simplicity of it all made it the best. Round 2 onward was too slow and too much fluff.
I agree it's just satisfying to see them fall like ragdolls during a knockout 😂, and your right it was simpler, plus big Tigger's narrations are so funny and lit, i got round 2 but it's not my favorite cuz I don't like how the cpu just uses like a slow wind-up punch more than jabs and hooks
I played both 4 and Champion as they were the once’s I played and I did enjoy the gameplay as well as seeing Blood flying like in the real world version of boxing with injuries like cuts
Also in my career mode on Champion my boxer has got a reputation for 1 round KO as well as having a strong combos
2004 had the best soundtrack & most hype
Best one was fight night round 2
Fight night round career mode was the best with the rankings and u could challenge boxers above or below your ranking to progress
Champions suck, you mention not protecting yourself. It’s so stupid sometimes as a fighter can land one power punch in a round, but it cuts you. The power punch was way too op in Champs and didn’t have any kickback for the user using it.
Fight night 2004 is a brilliant game to play , i think its the best 1 for career , fight night round 2 is good coz of the haymakers and the face effects but thats it , round 3 is slow n sluggish tbh
I used to play the mobile version, fun times..
I've always been partial to Round 2
Fight night champion realistic and legendary goat game ever perfect made
BRO I LOVE THAT GAME!!! I play it damn near everyday lol...Ive been playing it on & off since it came out on 360 & now its backwards compatible & im playiny it on the series x...The graphics look dope asf in 4k..I didn't realize i real it was when i was playing it on 360. I wasn't as intelligent enough then to understand the science of boxing, but now as an adult its krazy at how real & strategic it is & if u know what ur doing
@@BreakHarpe yeah me too ,the camera angles was perfect to made of EA plus HBO boxing ,Top ranks ,even AI was so intelligent,my console now is xbox360 it beacuse they have bare knuckle and fight night legend to dowload like pacqauio featherwight, lightweight ,can i ask do you have bare knuckles on xbox series x have you dowload? I play undisputed when I play its not like fnc the headmovement what ever you move your head you will always always hit was not calculated, remember the fight night round 3 on psp was amazing punch and combo compare to undisputed
I still have them all (ps) in excellent condition! & still play them from time to time
My dream mode would be one that lets you play in amateur Olympics and leave when you want, and not force you to leave.
@Undisputed make it happen.
@@NewPowerOfficial827 I don’t have much hope in undisputed the gameplay is just awful.
Fight night round 2 had the greatest career mode ever made
Fight night round 2
Dope vid bro 🥊
Thanks 💯
@@NewPowerOfficial827 Np bro keep that fire burning 💪🏾
They should be in the psn store 🤧
🎶"Breath in! breath out! Get KTFO!"🎶 If you know you know 🫡
Round 4 is the best
Fight night, round 2
Fight night 3 the best overall to me
I wish fight night champion had ragdoll
Great video bro
Appreciate it!
Champion had the story to me
Champion is the only one that had a story..
Fight night round 3
1. FNR2
2. FNC
3. FNR3
4. FN1
5. FNR4
Fight night 2 was the best one to me
Round 4 and Champion by far the best
Knockout Kings 2000
I play Fight Night on my series x more than the games i got on series x. Ive been playing it since the 360 but i didnt comprehend how real it is if ur really into the science & intelligence of boxing. I was so pissed at EA for keep dropping ufc & madden but no fight nights. Then i saw ESBC & was edited asf & was like Middle finger to EA, Until they switched from ESBC to Undisputed...Idk wtf happened there but the game i first saw looked & moved totally different. Now the punches look terrible. Once i seen that I went back to Fight Night & now i appreciate it even more
EA really let us down :(
I'm digging Undisputed, curious how the career will be but it's still early access.
Only boxing game for PC really unless you use emulators
Round 2 1A
Champion 1B
Round 2
Never played original FN.
2 had fun theatrics, arcade power shots. Basic career mode. Basic customization. Decent roster of real boxers. Training games were basic but not frustrating.
3 gave in depth customization, training games weren't bad. Decent real pro boxer roster again. However they inserted this "rival" mechanic into career mode that sucked. It meant you had to fight this same bum multiple times throughout your career. It was phony. The only difference between him and another opponent was he'd throw illegal blows regularly. There was also way too much product placement, but paying for different coaches was good and the popularity meter was a cool concept.
4 just continued fine tuning things, but the training mini games became worse. Big roster of real pro boxers. More weight classes.
FN champion had little tweaks. Biggest roster of pro boxers. Didn't do much wrong. If I was to go back and play I think you have to choose this title. It's the complete package. It's missing one or two things from previous sequels that would have been fun to be included but nothing killer.
Just not gonna mention the story in champion career mode huh
@@Youdoxxikill Can you read? Video is called "Which Boxing Game Has The Best Career Mode: EA Sports Fight Night Series".
@@refinedsugar can you read? I brought up the story in fight night champion.
Fight Night Champion Had The Best Career Mode
The one thing that made hate on champion was the difficulty. The AI was too stupid even on GOAT mode, so when you got used to the mechanics, it became too easy to beat anyone. Also, the ranking system was poorly made. You could be undefeated, beating everyone and rising through the ranks as fast possible, and still, when you got to the top, most good boxers would already be retired or old, meaning you'd have to spend the last 25-35 fights of your carrer fighting pre-made bums that replaced the legends... That's pretty much the only reason I prefer Round 3, it didn't have a ranking system per se, but I could still fight some good boxers until i retired.
FNR4
Fight Night Round 3 is my favorite all time. Just from nostalgia like you playing it on my uncles PSP
But I agree Fight Night Champion is the best
They should make another great boxing game but add storylines just go wild make it funny cool ridiculous but with great gameplay like stuff that'll happen in fight night champions story mode should happen in career
It’s what we deserve!
FN Champion is basically Tekken Boxing with power ups and abilities knock it off the list
Admittedly i have only played Round 4 and Champion, but Champion was great.
Fight Night 2004 has the absolute worse career mode ever they only allow you to have 68 fights then the game Automatically retires you.
Knockout kings started it all EaSports
Fight night 2004 is best change my mind 😁
I just uploaded a hit or miss episode covering fight night 2004, you should check it out!
Champion all day
Round 3
I wish we can get an updated fight night round 3

Ima say fight night round 2
Boxers Road 2 is the best career mode game ever.
I love fight night 3 career mode but fnc is the best career mode no lie
are you emulating these or playing them on original console?
I emulated most of them on my Steam deck except Fight Night Champion!
Round 4 the best
i bought Fn Round 3 too, which one you think still better and are theyre more alike?
@@bynxtypebeat Round 3 is good, but boring, it's not interesting to play it alone, it has a dead AI, it's very interesting to play and go through careers in FN 2004, FNR 2 and FNR 4 are my favorite parts, these parts also have the best feeling of blows
I used beat ppl ass with Ricardo Mayorga in Fight night 2
Can we get it for the ps5 please!!!
