Haha, really? I work in a huge Chinese company, we don't even have java programmers. Only C++. Because python is a Lego for stupid kids. You can't do great stuffs with python, no games, no rendering apps for movies, etc. And so fucking slow. I'm 34, programing since 13 yo, and python is the worst. All libraries you use in python is written in C/C++. So think twice, before you learn garbage python.

Because we do applications for windows, cars, factories, systems for bridges etc. You can't do it with python. The more you put on your shoulders, the more you get the result. Just trust me, nobody choose the difficult way, but the difficulty makes you stronger than others. Good lu brother.

It's so famous not because it's powerful but because lot's of stupid people dreams about programming but can't learn real programing language, so they choose this python, even with this python most of them can't reach their goals because python is not for making huge and very powerful software.

These are all just tools, at the end of the day if you know how to code you can change the language in like… 1 week. If you want to do data analysis, machine learning, ai a lot of companies use python so learning it would obviously be usefull.
