I have a similar lifestyle at the moment ..for a while to be fair but find it's always best to get showered and dressed. Yeah tempting to sit around in pajamas ..comfortable isn't it but reduces motivation I find and makes it easier to do nothing. Shouldn't be calling yourself a piece of shit or anything like that though man.
