I am so grateful for you opening up about moving, leaving your home + friends & family and sharing your thoughts about leaving your comfort zone. I moved overseas for college in 2019 and it was the hardest thing I've ever done. I got sent home bc of covid but now its safe to return and I'm too afraid to take that step again. I really needed this and really appreciate what you said about growing and reflecting- you have no idea how much this has helped me today!! thanks queen! ❤️
I also moved away from my hometown recently and I feel you!! I also love being around friends and family, so it’s been a huge adjustment for me. I like to think of this journey as growing into my adulthood and taking full control of my life. Wishing the best for you, Yuyan! 💖

I'm almost 30 and I just felt like I needed to finally just suck it up and do it because I'm just too comfortable and honestly a bit bored here. But not gonna lie, I'm terrified (especially to not see my loved ones face to face regularly). Thank you for reminding me that this is the best thing for my personal growth and even through the home sickness, it'll be worth it :)

I always leave and move back from my family and to me living far away from them I’m feeling more happier and more independent… I moved back to my family home almost a year ago and to me it’s super hard to stay with them because we have different lifestyles, I love them so much but I prefer living alone abroad… and about my friends I’m used to have all over the world… I’m currently working and saving money to move again to another country I used to live permanently (I hope). I know it’s hard especially when you know no one and you are new and you have a lot of worries… I hope you can overcome them Take care 🥺✨ you can be proud of you doing all these amazing things 😊
