- These are the scents I'm wearing this September! Keep watching to see which fragrances I will be using as we enter the beginning of fall. To create these fragrance combinations, I took inspiration from the classic early Fall festivity: Going to the fair! 🎪🎠🍿 Keep watching to see which fragrances go best together to make you smell like carnival treats and harvest contests galore!

For the month of September I will be wearing Champagne Apple & Honey, 🍎Fall in Bloom, 🍂 Autumn Drive, 🍃Pumpkin & Apple, 🎃 & Bonfire Bash. 🔥🎉 Towards the end of September, I think I'll bust out Leaves! 🍃🍂🍁 I fell in luv with it. ❤

Those are perfect September scents, some for warm, sunshine Fall days, and some for dark, stormy, brisk nights! 🍂🍁
Pumpkin pecan waffles is my fav! Also strawberry pound cake! I recently decluttered a lot but kept almost all of my fall scents!

So far I plan on using the Sun Bum shampoo/conditioner, Quiet & Roar coconut & banana body wash, a discontinued tree hut banana muffin scrub, and a banana tree hut face scrub. I just haven't found anything in my lotion or fragrance mist collection to go with it yet
Pink cotton candy for me and yes what a perfect scent for the Fair!! CCC is on my top 5 most favorite scents of all time 💕💜

So I haven’t had a chance to pull out scents officially for September, but I do have some scents that I have in mind to take out… Beach Nights (also was out in August, but not used as much as I had thought I would), Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte, Vampire Blood, Berry Waffle Cone, Blush Cardigan, White Pumpkin & Chai, Pumpkin Apple and Blueberry Sugar Pancakes are a few I have in mind to pull out. I love your picks as well so I am keeping them in mind when I get things out tomorrow.
I gravitate towards the pink cotton candy, it’s my favorite color so I’m guessing that’s why. 😄

The fair is one of my favourite at the end of summer thank you Melissa for this fun video idea ! In September I will be wearing my black cherry merlot, bonfire bash, midnight amber glow and will try the new cozy vanilla bourbon that’s just come out. I love September because here in Canada the weather is cooler and the leaves are so beautiful ! 🍁🧡🎃

Great theme for September! For this month I will be wearing Champagne Apple and Honey, Coconut Candy Apple, Sweet Whiskey and towards the end of the month when it starts to cool off I will work on Leaves and Midnight Amber Glow!

I would love a popcorn ball scent, and you already know how I feel about a caramel apple scent! 🤤 For some reason, the OGX Coconut Coffee body scrub + wash to me smells like buttery caramel popcorn! 🍿 I love it!

I cannot wait to wear pumpkin pecan waffles, and also the cinnamon donut swirl. New to me, I did buy Together Weather to try out this season. I love this video. I have not tried body scrubs too much myself but I am curious about using them. I have the shower gels and body wash.
I love Pumpkin Pecan Waffles too, it definitely is on my agenda to wear later this Fall. 🍁 Body scrubs are some of my favorite products to use. My favorites are by Tree Hut and Onyx Bathhouse, as you probably could tell by my choices this month! 😍🧼
I love the fair theme for your scent choices! My main scent for September is Warm Vanilla Sugar, and my secondary scents are a Country Apple/Champagne Apple & Honey combo, and Sensual Amber cream paired with Autumn Drive shower gel.
I was really diappointed with Pearberry this month. The cream from this past winter's SAS didn't smell like Pearberry used to on my skin. I pulled out weird woodsy notes instead of fruit. 😔 (I have a lotion from 2020 that doesn't do that, so I feel like I have to use it sparingly now.) The ffm didn't last very long on me, either, and the shower gel just smelled like pear. Did you have better luck?
I filled out the survey question on the B&BW app that asked which scents we wanted back. I think I had 15-20. 😂
Those scents sound exactly like what I think of for September! Good choices! I think I know what you mean by the weird woodsy note in Pearberry...I sense it in the lotion but not the fine fragrance mist. Sadly I don't have the shower gel because they sold out when I went to buy it that SAS so I can't compare that one. The weird note doesn't bother me too much since it seems to dissipate on my skin fast, and when I lotion and spray at the same time, the spray usually covers it. I think you're right though, I don't think that was intentional for the moisturizers to have that smell though! 🤦🏼♀️🍐😅
Yesss that survey! I suggested so many! I copy and pasted my list to a note so I could remember what I asked for, I might even make a video about it sometime haha! I know that I asked for all of those tasty Fall scents that I mentioned previously in a video that I want to come back! 🤞 What did you ask for? It's like making a list for Santa! 🤣
I'm glad I'm not the only one who experienced that weird note in Pearberry. I'm hoping I can find something next year to mix with it and tone it down.
I should have saved my wish list, too! I can't remember everything I put. I went way back for Pomander Orange Spice and Red Currant & Thyme Tea. More recently, Golden Clementine & Amber, AT Elderflower Mandarin & Cedarwood. Sweet Summer Sunset. Cup of Warmth. Pure Paradise.... I keep thinking of ones that I forgot to include. If they ask again, I could probably come up with 10-15 more!

The PSL scrub 😍 the candy apple is so appropriate! Rhode Island never had a fair but we have an art festival every fall, so the cotton candy and candy apples really reminds me of that, but we’d also have hot apple cider, Johnny cakes and maple syrup, and other local treats!

Hey Melissa. Going to watch this video soon but I recently picked up Chasing Fireflies, the 2 new Vanilla scents & the Vanilla Buttercream in the Happy Birthday packaging. I was wondering if those are all summer scents or Fall scents as well. Any help is appreciated 😊
Hi there! All of those scents, except technically the Happy Birthday Vanilla Buttercream, are all a part of Bath & Body Works' fall collections, so yes, they are considering them to be Fall scents! The Happy Birthday Buttercream included, I think anything scented like vanilla makes for a great soft, cozy scent for Autumn. 🧁🍂 I especially enjoy pairing my vanilla scents with other products that smell like coffee. To me it smells like getting a frothy vanilla latte on a blustery Autumn day!
As for Chasing Fireflies, on my skin it smells more like a late summer scent since it has a floral, outdoorsy scent to it but I think it works well for this time of year also! 💚🐞

@@CaseyJolliffe12 No problem! And to be honest, I feel like you can make any scent work as a Fall scent if you want to! If it seems slightly off season, you can always select shampoos/conditioners, deodorants, etc that help bring out the Fall vibes! That's what I'm doing with Strawberry Poundcake...I normally use that more in the Spring, but I'll be using a vanilla scrub, coffee shampoo and conditioner, and a vanilla deodorant to bring out more of the baked treat notes in it which remind me of Fall! 🍰☕

@MelissaC my home town has the world largest fair. It's in Iowa. They put them in oil and cook them. And roll them in sugar. Delish. The smell is amazing.

She used to wear it in the early 2000s. When I was really little, she worked at a public library and during that time her wardrobe consisted of lots of fun, "elementary school teacher" style tops that had cute themed pictures on them. This scarecrow sweater is by Bobbie Brooks! 🥰🌾
