      Try fasting for 72 hours once a month. You feel fantastic afterwards and you realise a lot of the time you aren't even hungry, you're just eating because it's a habit and it's addictive.

      Those "other speakers" are talking to people who already have issues like diabetes and CKD, who are often obese or morbidly obese. They DO need to do IF daily, or almost daily, and preferably OMAD (One Meal A Day), to lose all that weight, reverse insulin resistance, heal their fatty livers, stop protein leakage in the urine, and restore their metabolic systems. Or fight cancer, if God forbid, they already have that. What this guy said, about skipping 3 meals a week, will do next to nothing for such people.

      @@danielmachado6104 Terrible advice. Do NOT use non-dairy, it is NOT good for you. There is *nothing* wrong with using dairy (unless someone is allergic, or course). The fattier the dairy, the better. Use heavy cream, straight or steamed, in your coffee, it's so high in fat it will not break your fast, and it will greatly help satiate you to get through your fasting periods easily. Good grief, the ignorance in these comments sections is astounding.

    • @Jimgearhart3
      @Jimgearhart3 Год назад

      I am evidence that you can change your idea about coffee and cream (milk)--I drink espresso now just plain. It takes time. Start simply listening to the voice that says I have to have milk. It doesn't have your best interests at stake--
      in fact just the opposite. It's just like using sugar (which feeds cancer) but honey doesn't. Altho I am not advocating using honey, at least use as little as possible. The fruit kingdom is loaded with safe sweets.

    • @Cosmo-Kramer
      @Cosmo-Kramer Год назад

      @@Jimgearhart3 Regarding your "fruit kingdom" comment, not safe for those with insulin resistance. Regarding cream in coffee, it doesn't spike insulin, and it satiates which helps extend fasting periods, so it is perfectly fine, even beneficial, to have.

He also said the Organic Black tea with BERGAMOT OIL, is far more better than Green tea. When u consume it, this tea is looking something in ur body to repair, this is my understanding. Eat also ALKALINE foods. Do not use non stick pan or aluminum in cooking it cause cancer. Do not put MSG or AUTOLYZED (food additives ) in your cooking it's highly cancerous, just add sea salt not table salt and black pepper. Take turmeric from Dr Lessman it repair your DNA. Carnivores don't believe we need 'dietary fibre' from fruits and vegetables in our diets. And that we get enough fibre from fish and meets alone. How true can that be in an advanced culture of omnivorous homosapiens? Maybe I should ask this question to Dr. Chafee.

      So only eating once a day? 😟 Not getting enough calories can cause body to go into starvation mode. Very bad for health and heart. Our hearts and bodies need protein to function. Otherwise you will have severe muscle wasting. At least one can do shakes or meal replacement drinks with protein, if choosing to only eat one meal a day. We need a good 2000 to 2500 calories a day to replenish heart, muscles, skin, nerves. Hard to get 2000 calories in one meal. 🛐🛐🐠🐠🙏🙏🍊😺😺

    Fasting doesn’t provide any benefits that cannot also be had by a calorie deficit. In actuality, there is more scientific evidence backing the benefits of a calorie deficit than there is for the benefits of fasting. I’m not disputing what he’s saying here, but I’m pointing out that fasting isn’t necessary to achieve the results he’s speaking of. You could simply eat small and regular to achieve the same results

      You're full of crap!

    • @kristo9800
      @kristo9800 Год назад

      True. If you don't have any issue giving yourself a calorie deficit then you have never had a weight control problem.
      That's why fasting is useful, because you can keep the same portion size you're accustomed to, but reduce by skipping a meal or eating at times that are best for your digestive process, ie. Heavy meals early in the day, light meals in the afternoon, and little to no food as your wind down so as to not interfere with sleeping.
      Fasting doesn't work for everyone, but no (effective) diet works for everyone.
