You review this fragrance so beautifully! I think this scent is so yummy I have a little decant of it last few hours on my skin but it is full bottle worthy. Have a good weekend!
What a coincidence: just bought today a partial bottle of this one. I do have about 30 ml left in another one. Just wanted to make sure I will have the old style bottle as backup. On me, it’s a beast. Longevity and projection as well. Can’t rid of it even after shower. Love it to pieces 😋
I learnt how to pronounce this scent from a comment on one of your other videos, where someone told you it was "ex key". Thank you whoever that was! Sorry, I don't know your name. :( this is a fragrance I love but some people have given me negative comments lol
Very useful video thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️Blind bought Caligna last week and I ADORED it, so I'm thinking of getting this one as well for a different vibe..
I'm suprised that you didn't already have this in your collection. From everything I know about your tastes, I'd have thought it would be a no brainer. It smells like an $8 holiday coffee that you'd get at Starbucks (which isn't at all a bad thing), and I don't usually like sweeter stuff.
I bought this after they discontinued amour nocturne, but to me it's too masculine unfortunately. I got 2 bottles and gave them to male relatives. My dad loved it. I could never wear this one.
Thanks for this! been wanting to get this but cannot find decants in my side of the world. a bottle here costs about $150plus, so want to be sure its good!!! is it definately a gourmand?
The noir Exquis scent leans more to the feminine or to the masculine side? Can u mention any perfume/s that smells similar? ( from Tom ford, montale, alexandre j..)
I had it...on me it didn’t work, as I’m finding is a trend with L’Artisan Parfumeur. To much maple sap...it overtook everything else...I could kinda smell chestnut and ebony waaayyy in the background, but I just couldn’t handle the sap note. On me performance was like most L’Artisans...not very good.
I think everyone can wear this one. If you've tried By the Fireplace by Maison Margiela, they kinda have the same feeling going on, except Noir Exquis is less sweet, and more smoky.
Really sucks to see a house get a REAL review, only to have it deleted and replaced with a half-assed bullshit "everyone has their own opinion" and "if you think it's great, then it's great to you and you should wear it" nonsense. Not that he ever had any integrity anyway, but that's just further proof.
I'm on food stamps, and the government mandates that I shop at Herrod's to save money. They told me I could only wear Phuong Dang while I was on government assistance, so I got the sadz. :(
Try using some lotion before you apply. I have 5 from this house and they all seem to last 8+ hours on my skin. Maybe because I always apply after a hot shower. Idk but I've never had a longevity issue with this house as so many others do
i love it. one of the few gourmand type scents that isn't overbearing or too sweet.
These notes all sound like my jam. (Except the coffee. I LOVE the smell of coffee, but coffee in perfume tends to disappoint me.) To the test list!
I don't get the coffee note. It pretty much translates as a certain bitterness that overthrows the intensely deep sweetness of the perfume.

I think it smells beautiful too. I also get the woods in the dry down. It gets oudy on me in the drydown too - must be the ebony.

My favorite fragrance thus far. 😍

Hi Arlene.. do you still own this one?
Hi! No I passed that one on awhile ago :)
This scent leans more feminine or masculine?
I would say at first feminine but after a while on my skin it was definitely more on the masculine side, wood like
@@sonyfox8040 i agree
Is it similar to Noir de Noir Tom Ford???
Imo they're very different :)
hi there DD, you really made this fragrance sound so, mmmm yummy, is this fragrance purely for the girls 😕

Please review the house of Phuong Dang. 🙂

John David are products in Harrods famed for their minimal profit margins?

They are a nice house but they don't last for anything!! Terrible performers.
Yes, this house is kinda a hit or miss for me. Some last decent, others disappear very quickly. :(
This one does though.

It got reformulated, the uglier bottles last longer
@@blackknightdl the new bottles last longer ?
