    Zjk focus his coaching on rhythm (spin combined with power) not sheer power. I also like how he emphasised on control loop followed for power loop too. High percentage of landing a loop leads to increased odds of winning the point instead of landing a 1in5 unreturnable loop which is high risk since it’s not sustainable in match conditions.

    Bro, even FZD has a pause moment, doesn't hit rushly.

      yes but this forehand loop is a lot closer to the table

      @@jaegeryt9999 If u've seen women matches, most of the times are played close to the table. Still, they've a pause to "pull" the fast topspin ball.

    how use friction and combine force together?

    • @silverstreaks86
      @silverstreaks86 2 месяца назад

      Friction comes from the rubber topsheet, force comes from the sponge and blade. When performing the fh loop stroke, the acceleration must power through the topsheet, sponge and blade to achieve the top quality spin/force loop.

    I want to hear the original audio. The translations aren't accurate and mechanical voice is annoying

    The student might seem to play strong and fast, but is too loose and hasty, especially when compared to clear-cut movements of ZJK.

    Is that looping guy has mental issue? He keeps rushing & doing the opposite against ZJK advices 😂

      Must be trying hard to please the coach... I have the same problem. My coach continuously says, "slow down, slow down" and "wait for the ball".
      Helps to watch a video of myself, as what I think I am doing doesn't always correlate to what I am actually doing.

      That's so mean!, sometimes in table tennis, we're not fully aware of our body movements. We might think we're doing everything right, but from an outside perspective, it can look completely different. The player might believe they are following advice, but their execution might not reflect it accurately.

    • @botao4456
      @botao4456 3 месяца назад +5

      @@darkcaribouno, you train with conciousnes until the body can perform the stroke naturally, sub-conciously in matches. Thats how training should be. ZJK was really patient with the guy 😂

    Dude is moving too much sided to side and up and down, and rushing. Elbow is too close to the body. And get a haircut!
