My heart always skips a beat whenever you have a new video out! And would also love to see a video on your journal binding process, Lisa! Also would be keen to see how you colour your pulp in future too :-)
Can you please make a pulp out of flower petals next time? Like blend flower petals into a pulp and mix it into normal paper pulp and then mould it into sheets!
How inspiring, thanks for making this recycling video! Been saving toilet paper rolls to make paper and was wondering how strong they’ll be. Your video is perfect motivation. Would love to see a video showing closer steps of the binding stitches please 🙂
I'm one of those people who hoards random things and one of those is tp rolls! I have about 20 which means I should be able to make a thicker journal! Thank you for the tutorial!
Thank you for showing how to do the signatures out of these pages. It's good to know what can be done with it, as well as it's limitations. Love your content. Very educational. My geek DNA is smiling.
Wow how cool! You said that watercolor isn't good with recycled paper, but I would love to turn my watercolor paper leftovers and maybe "bad" art/Sketches into new watercolor paper. Is there a way? Your tutorials are always amazing 😍❤️
You can use a transparent watercolour ground on the paper, that works pretty well. Though I'm not sure what that would do to the pulp if you want to re-recycle the pages.
i always find myself waiting for your videos!!! I swear it is soo satisfying to watch your videoss. just a question tho.. who takes your videos and edits them?
Bonjour, Beau résultat ! Tu peux aussi recycler les boîtes à oeufs pour faire du papier. Personnellement j''utilise les rouleaux de PQ dans le scrapbooking. 🥚 Beautifil result ! You can also recycle egg boxes to make paper. Personnaly, I use TP rolls for scrapbooking. 😊
U uploaded this video when I was sleeping after that I and saw the video and liked it too!!But didn't got time to comment as I was watching it in my schl lunch break. Btw as always u made me more excited to make my own recycle paper and make journal too but I can't handle everything rn as I have studies to do ,so I am going to make my own recycle in winter vacation 💜💜
I just find your channel and subscribed straight after 2nd video, first question ... why do you drain paper first and then soak it in more water? 😄 has it any reason?
I'm wondering if glossy paper works as well as normal paper. I shred my paper and am not sure if I have put any glossy paper through it. I have also shredded some old credit cards but I think I would have to remove that. I am unsure though weather plastic leaves particles and if that would effect the recycled paper quality.
Wow only 10 toilet paper rolls 'Fantastic'. I LOVE watching your videos and yes I'd love to see that binding method. I'm glad you didn't cut the raw edges off this time, as I just love that look about homemade papers. Thanks again for sharing! Your videos are like therapy to me, I feel so relaxed now. 🙂 Also do you still have your Etsy store as I can't get it to come up?
Hi there really lovely video… is it really as easy as you show to make the paper? Or are there are lots of fails? Also is there anything to add so the paper doesn’t disintegrate…. As pure cotton paper is supposed to last forever unlike newspaper
So cool! I just found your channel and I love it! I have been making homemade paper too. Do you have any videos about sizing paper, either external or internal? I want to try to use homemade paper for watercolor painting, but I know I would need to size it first. Also, what kind of blender do you have?
Hi. Do you keep textures separate? Or is that just for us watching tutorials? Like, would you ever use newspaper, tp rolls, cartons and junk mail all in one recipe?
Hello. I enjoyed to see your video. I made my frames and started to make paper sheets. But I have a very hard time to separate de paper to my cotton cloth to dry so I took them out of my net one by one with a toothpick lol. You can imagine how fastidious it is. I do sponge very good the net from the excess water but still THE PAPER STILL STICK ON MY NET P’EASE what to do ?

20? We need to boost those numbers. Those are novice numbers! Come back when you've got enough to insulate a house! /j

This makes me want to go diving into my recycling pile for all the toilet rolls! Unreal 💜
You don't know how you inspired me..🙌❤❤
Stunning result, I love the colour of the pages and this stitching has so much style! I definitely am gonna try it 🤩
I made paper from TP rolls and shredded construction paper. The paper turned out great and I was able to use it for watercolor painting! 😃

watercolor can be amazing on recycled paper, you just need to adjust your technique to match
You are so talented!
Omg I would love to see how to make that binding
It's a great idea for recycling tp rolls. Thanks for your sharing.

Yes you definitely can use egg cartons to make paper! However, they get reused in my area, so I don't want to ruin them if they still function well 🥰

That’s so awesome!👌🏼💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕👍🏼🙏🏼🥰❤️. Where do we find a press and paper mold? I’m no carpenter 😆😆😂 and Thank You! 🌺
Could you perhaps share how you store your leftover pulp? Does it go moldy?

Can you try mix some types of paper like tp rolls and recycled paper and more then make a palate out of that I feel like it would look cool
did you ever attempt to use cooked flesh from winter squash? It is fibrous and a lovely pale orange... I wondered if it would paper?
Nice ! Please add some coffe next time to make it a more brown i really want to see the results
did you make the frame thingies? if so, can you make/do you have a video on how to make it
what a great idea!
in which fabrics do you put those wet paper to dry?🥺
Cotton
You can use a transparent watercolour ground if you want to use watercolours on them 😊
Do you always do just one dip into the tub? Or several? It looks like one in the editing.
Did you sell these mold and deckle🤒
I want those😫
Check the description!
🤝
Inspiring, though how do I get the molding neckle
Can you test them with washable markers, permanent markers or paint pens?
💕💕💕💕
Esa prensa está hermosa
Exelente jsut need a good cover
Have you ever used dried leaves for papermaking? Is that possible?
Hi. Do you keep textures separate? Or is that just for us watching tutorials? Like, would you ever use newspaper, tp rolls, cartons and junk mail all in one recipe?
I do like to keep them separate, it makes for a neater, more controlled result, but you can definitely combine them!
Easier to separate the layers of the rolls first
can you use old silkscreens as mold and deckle or the pulp would stick too much onto the frame?
can you use used toilet papers?
👍👍👍
Hi lisaa !Can you make a watercolor paper for uss?Pleaseee
Is the water hot or cold?
Is the thickness of the paper I made able to make the paper flexible like that??? Please I m learning to make it🙏🙏🙏
