@@nityoditasharma8471 Yes it's necessary but if you are taking care of your body without the external application like having full balanced diet with exercising yoga and all of that stuff then you don't need to do any external application except for washing or mosturizing your face , sunscreen as these are basic necessities. Also also external applications can add more results to internal health of skin and hair . So doing both is better💕

for Hair fall : I applied curry methi pack and also consumed seed pre mix and it helped me a lot ..
But again I got hair fall due to weather change ...( So I'm switching to summer remedies)
For skin : your masoor dal face pack is un beatable ...got so many compliments after that
