Dare County Will Open To Non-Resident Property Owners on May 4

After consulting with the Dare County Control group Dare County has decided to allow non-resident property owners to re-enter the county beginning on May 4. They have also added and extended some measures. This video explains more about this initial phase of a reopening timeline.
