For the 2nd house hunters, i loved the price and potential of the 2nd house with those outbuildings and room to grow but i would pick the 3rd house. Just move in and live life without stress of cleaning up after guests.
For the 1st house hunters, while i loved the mystery house because it is brand-new, turn-key and eco-friendly, i would go for the 1st house because it felt more private, was bigger and spacious and was also cheaper. The 65 saved will be more than enough to take care of the bills.
