I've actually seen stuff like this happen to a few of my peers. But there are legit people I knew who only tried to get with another guy's girl. As for me personally, I surprisingly have more best friends that are girls than guys and I can honestly say that as a man I can definitely be best friends with a girl because I always respected my friend's relationships plus some of their boyfriends were also some of my few guys friends.
