Yes! I have been incorporating short journal entries into my daily logs. I tried the one line a day but I always felt like I needed more room. I also like that my pages look super full at the end of the week. 😊 Much love from California🌺🌸

About the bookmarks, I've added three of them to the notebook I'm currently using, it was pretty funny to paint and sew the ribbons, you should definitely try :)
Kara! this video couldn't have come at a better time! my new notebook for bujo #2 just came in the mail today and I was sitting down to plan for it when I saw this video! so helpful! also, I've got an idea for the bookmark problem. neither of my notebooks have bookmarks. leuchtterm is just too expensive for me right now, but this is my first dotted notebook. however! I bought some book darts to solve the problem I was having with my last journal, and I'm already so pleased with them! they are definitely worth looking at

I am about to start my first Bullet Journal and for the last three months , at least, I have had things swirling around in my head wondering how to start how do I go about the monthlies , weeklies. etc etc. All these words meant nothing to me when it came to journaling . I have been watching other videos by you and many other people . I have also watched the original Bullet Journal vids as well. I do not know if it is because I am finally running out of time as I want to start on the First of January 2018 that I concentrated and took more in while watching your video here or what but I feel more confident about starting. I have taken lots of notes and went through my Leuchtturm1917 journal as you were talking and I really understood it better. I know it is not rocket science but I want to do it correctly , I do not want mistakes all through it. when transferring into a new journal how do you ensure you've moved all important dates into your calendex and how do you list them to know what each dot on you calendex is for from a previous journal? Do you have a list at the start of the journal with each month and jot down the appointment/task? I hope that makes sense lol

This reminded me of when you tried out a Filofax Domino, and the things you liked and didn't like about it. I wondered if you've considered using a Filofax Clipbook as a bullet journal? It has the same ring system/size as the Domino, but is way more like a notebook - it's designed to fold in on itself, which makes it easier to write on the left page :)
