I know i'm a couple of weeks late when it comes to the whole "wrighting comments" thing but i'll wright one anyway. So, about this band. Its a Swedish avant-garde metal band formed in 2003. It has changed from a more operatic style ("Riot Opera" as it was described) to more pop-esque and mixed in later years because the current female singer isnt an operatic-style vocalist like their previous female lead vocalist (which is the one singing in this song). Some fans didnt like this switch, but i think most fans (myself included) didnt mind it. Their later albums are, as a result of this change, less operatic, but its still DSO and they're still absolutely killing it! No one DSO song is like another. They can go from circus music to disco to some gospel type sh-t in the same album and it all sounds (*chefs kiss*) excellent! You never know what you'll get with these guys and that's part of the charm. Please do check out more of their songs, you wont be dissapointed!
This band... A Tap Dancer's Dilemma, Superhero Jagannath, Lucy fear's the morning star, War Painted Valentine, Saluting the Reckoning... The list grows on and on...
Whenever the question of "weirdest metal band" comes up, DSO is definitely my go to. I don't listen to them often, but they scratch a very strange itch that comes up every now and then.

dso reminds me a lot of haggard than nightwish or epica.
Absolutely NOT the best song to discover DSO..... This is for the properly initiated. "Balrog Boogie" is a much better listen.
