@@returnedtomonkey8886 It mostly has to do with how characters were balanced in between each version of P4A (or rather, unbalanced, depending on how you look at it). Yu had Sweep > 5D as a legit okizeme option which looped into itself thanks to not only Sweep > 5D being braindead easy to go into at the end of a combo, but also because his mixup off of that setup was EXTREMELY oppresive, to the point where you either had to spend meter or burst to escape, or block 2 or 3 50/50 mixups in a row with the 1st one usually being a safe-jump so no DPs there. I don't know what was different about Yosuke in Arena compared to Ultimax other than he still had glide from before Ultimax 2.0 (the version we have for modern consoles) removed it. Chie was also a mix machine like Narukami in the EXACT same way (Sweep>5D Les goooo) on top of doing half of your health with every combo she landed on you, though I don't remember her mix being as oppresive as Narukami's tho. Yukiko was trash, Kanji was trash, Teddie was actually fair and balanced before Ultimax ruined that by giving him 2 FUCKING ITEM ORDERS FILLED TO THE BRIM WITH ITEMS THAT ONLY BENEFITED HIM! Naoto had a pseudo infinite that let her insta kill you without Hama or Mudo. Mitsuru was ACTULLY uncontestable instead of almost uncontestable like she is now due to the Chest attribute not existing on her 5A (which I think was slightly faster in this version too?) I genuenly have no clue about everyone alse though other than Shadow Labrys, who can essentially be descriibed as a more extreme version of her self nowadays due to being harder to use in arena due to only having 4 persona cards instead of the 6 that she gets in ultimax while also having certian unblockable setups that aren't in Ultimax that makes her a very different blend of degeneracy than she usually is. Like I said, my knowlege of OG arena is rudimentary at best, with most of my knowlege coming from LordKnight's retrospectives on P4A, so if you wanna learn more, then I suggest checking his channel out.
+Thien Do At an international Smash bros. Project M tourney last summer they had some persona music on the game. This was one of the songs. And it's happening again next month.
+Thien Do No, Project M is a competitive mod of Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It's made to be easily customizable on top of that, so people like to hack in their own music, and the guy whose setup was used for the main setup, the recorded one, had good taste and put this song in it.
The KoF 98 vibe is strong at the very begining of this.
When this song starts playing the only thing running across my mind is Heaven Or Hell? Duel One. LETS ROCK!
The wheel of fate is turning.
Rebel 1.
ACTION!
If there was ever a song I considered as "my jam"
this was and is the one!
This is one of the most slept on Persona songs I’ve ever seen. I’m definitely gonna make a lyrical cover out of this.
Persona 4 arena is pretty slept on in general (the og Arena, not Ultimax)
@@youtubewanderer3347 is there any diference gameplaywise though? Ultimax seems to have more characters at least.
@@returnedtomonkey8886 Major differences in balance. Some find the balance changes way less fun.

*WE'RE BACK IN BUISNESS GENTLEMEN*
this should be added as DLC for P4D!!
okay you work on how to make a dance move for this song and if so would it be hip hop or techno or like time to make history
Thank you Woolie!
With a scheduled announcement for rollback netcode, I am MORE HYPED than ever.
sounds fucking amazing... wish p4a and p4au were ported to ps4, never got the chance to play them
Me neither
Same here. Especially now since 04golden is on steam.
Edit: Emulated AU. It's pretty much blazblue with p4 skin over it. Not bad thing.
Well well well. You're getting your wish even if it took a few years more
@@AtelierRobu forgot about this comment, but looks like that's the case haha! though i'll be playing it on PC cause i sold my PS4 a while ago lol
I swera some of this sounds like beauty of destiny
God damm, wish I got into persona when I was in high school
Track 1 of the Persona 4 Arena Vinyl Soundtrack. =3
thx project m for god sake
This Song Sounds Familiar with "Shockwave" from Black Tide.
Yeah the nostalgia is very much there.
This kicks fucking ass, all over the grass, it's a blast.
Also that guitar is, uh, godlike.
Another sound track that should have been in BBTAG
That’s the Evo 2015 intro for Persona 4 Arena Ultimax.
A classic
Underrated

what? this is persona

So basically this Smash Bros. is not that interesting that it steals music from other series?
In the end, persona is hype not Smash Bros.

Me with headphones on playing MK1
Yep, its arcsystem alright
This is also in Persona 5 Royal
Jaden BR, anyone?
The version from Persona 5 is a lot better but this one Is still the shit
???
@@JustAdam123 they have a remixed version of this for the special ops costume in p5: ruclips.net/video/W3Dqanj4ThI/видео.html
You know that one is just the stage version, right?
I prefer this one because it has more transitions and instruments
@@LizardOfOz69 it may be the stage version but ingame it seems edited to push the guitars and suppress the synths
