He’s a rock star ! Great video the girl shouldn’t have been in the video she couldn’t even demo a proper count down hold. He could of did the video and put his voice over it later!
At minute 1, she was not able to hold herself on the rope for the whole countdown. Not a single time. I wonder, why this take did make it. I would be embarressed. Not because *I* am better, but because these videos are show cases where everything is supposed to work. People are going to take these as guidelines and you can't execute the exercises you are teaching. Curious. What I also noticed with these training videos is, that they stop counting down at 2. Why?
I have a spartan rope in my back yard… it slips between my shoes more often than not, and when it doesn’t it hurts the ankle the rope is (more or less) wrapped around. What am I doing wrong?
8:30 she doesn't know what she's talking about... you always come back down using the same method you used to go up with.. otherwise you're just putting yourself at risk

She didn’t want to have anything to do with that 😂

I prefer this type of video. It's complete. Good job :D

Coming from high up - yea
Absolutely right.
The ropes are thinner.
Maybe. But the real problem is climbers.
how many times during the week should i do this I have 15 weeks tell the Austin TX sprint
In that way? Never.
Minute 6.58: a good method to inflame, dislocate or fracture the ankle.
So true haha
So what do you recommend?
@@ChristineFernieCA not do it.
You never need to pull on the rope ascending.
I would like to buy a rope can anyone suggest a thickness size?
20-40mm
Pretty sure that´s not the proper J-hook technique (the rope is not suposed to go behind your calves but in front of you´re shins)
Why is she coaching when she couldn't even hold herself up on the rope?
You don't have to be able to do it to teach or coach it.
"IF" you know how to do it and are able to communicate it to others.
That S method is so clumsy and time wasting.
