Now in a very low pitch and using the stomach muscles chant Oom.. stretching the syllables as far as you can go in one breathe. Visualize a single non moving image that settles you and gives you peace. I am sure with everything I've experienced that it would help a lot.
In another video of yours, I read your comment about Aum, and I remember u said that the silence before the chant starts is a part of it too, but in something like a singing bowl, where is the silence?
If you play a singing bowl with the mallet the silence is there before you hit it and after sound fades out. When you play with circular movements then silence is before you start your movement and shortly after you stop. Those are symbolic representations of the same idea with different cycle lengths. But in physical reality this cycle is happening billions times per second creating an illusion of space and time.
How about a 10 hour loop of this. It’ll give you the life of meditating experience. It’ll relax you & make your anger issues go away (I hope). Would that happen please?
