Bored and frustrated suburban homemaker Connie and her best pal JoJo, a vlogger with dreams, turn a hobby into a multi-million-dollar counterfeit coupon caper. After firing off a letter to the conglomerate behind a box of cereal gone stale, and receiving an apology along with dozens of freebies, the duo hatch an illegal coupon club scheme that scams millions from mega-corporations and delivers deals to legions of fellow coupon clippers. On the trail to total coupon dominance, a hapless Loss Prevention Officer from the local supermarket chain joins forces with a determined U.S. Postal Inspector in hot pursuit of these newly minted “Queenpins” of pink collar crime.

I'd never heard of this story, but I can totally see where they were coming from, at first as the coupons are sent out as shut up and go away gestures for consumers instead of giving them cash refunds so they have to still buy from that store, secondly from what I read the coupons were bought by them in bulk from people already selling them, but not quite sure about that one, however they weren't convicted of counterfeit so it makes me think that's possibly right, and thirdly every single person who bought from them knew exactly what they were buying, as you can't read it as anything else when the site says "don't tell anyone" and customers had to be recommended by existing customers and as no-one ever seemed to complain to trading standards about them it stands to reason that customers were well aware and their lives were made a bit easier, either by reduced bills or extra income as they sold them on too, they were only rumbled in the usually way by getting careless and greedy, and getting the attention of Lost Revenue departments, and think about it have any of the companies involved hit financial difficulties as a result of these events, that's a no by the way, in fact they are benefiting from this film along with the makers as they're gonna have free advertising from it, so they get they're money back plus more and I can bet they put their prices up saying they had to recoup losses like these companies normally do just like the present, with all the
"covid losses"????
