In the beginning of the video, there is a line of people entering a doorway, and to the side is a man in a uniform exactly like what Tyler is wearing in this teaser. ALSO, in that video, Tyler was killing off his other personas, including Tyler Baudelaire!

the title reminds me of cornucopia, which is "a horn of plenty" gifts mostly food presented in a horn or a symbol of wealth and abundance. Chrome is like a shiny paint, i feel like usually with cars or fancy jewelry/tech. I feel like the lyrics are talking about wanting to leave a bad situation and go to live a better life. This album is probably about more directly growing up wanting to be rich/famous and more importantly make music, while growing up lower/middle class.
i think it has something to do with cornucopia too, but since he is dressed like a dictator I feel like some part of it will have to do with being misled by the promise of plenty like dictators do
