- Which do you like, Beach Villas or Water Villas? Beach villas can directly onto the beautiful beach with soft white sand, Water villas can enjoy uninterrupted views of the lagoon and ocean. We have stayed at ten resorts in the Maldives, including One&Only, Joali, The Nautilus, Vakkaru, Velaa Private Island, Cheval Blanc Randheli, Soneva Jani, Kandolhu and both Four Seasons Resorts. All of them are nice resorts! The Nautilus, Velaa, Cheval Blanc and Joali are the luxury place with the most beautifully designed villas, Both Nautilus and Velaa have the best service for us in the Maldives, Kandolhu is the best place for snorkelling, One&Only have the best beautiful beaches. Overall, Velaa Private Island is our best experience in the Maldives,
If Velaa is a bit too much for your budget, I would recommend the One&Only if you like walking on the beach or swimming in the lagoon. Soneva Jani and The Nautilus are also our good experience in the Maldives. Soneva Jani is an eco-friendly resort with natural environment and stunning lagoon. Nautilus is the most private and luxury place and also have good house reef for snorkeling. Both of them are amazing and worth a visit

We have stayed at eight resorts in the Maldives, including The Nautilus, Vakkaru, Velaa Private Island, Cheval Blanc Randheli, Soneva Jani, Kandolhu and both Four Seasons Resorts. All of them are nice resorts!!! The Nautilus, Vella and Cheval Blanc are the most beautiful and luxury place, the best beautifully designed villas, Both Nautilus and Velaa have the best personalized butler service for us in the Maldives. Soneva Jani is an eco-friendly resort with natural environment, Kandolhu is the best place for snorkelling. Vakkaru and Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru are also amazing resorts that we always want to come back:) Overall, Velaa Private Island is our best experience in the Maldives.
I love greeneries so, not fond of water villas.
Since I’ve seen all your Maldives videos, Velaa is my favorite place. Soneva Jani is excellent too but again, there’s not much nature there...

@@FalkoN12345 Soneva Jani does not have one bedroom beach villa for couples, It only has the 3 Bedroom and 4 bedroom Island Reserve (Beach Villa) for 6+ adults

As far as every video and picture I have seen you can acess a huge island with greeneries , bush and vegetation. So this restort seems to have plenty of nature as well

Cheval Blanc? Which one blew you off your mind the most regarding service and food and overall experience?

Hello CL Kung. Thank you for the beautiful videos, they are very helpful when you are deciding where to stay in the Maldives. We are planning to visit Vakkaru, next week. They are having a nice half board package and its half price of their competition, can i ask you how was your experience there?
Any cons we should consider about this resort?
Vakkaru is an amazing resort and has good value for money. There is a sandbank near the water villas. It is very beautiful and also has a good house reef for snorkeling in the blue hole 😊😊😊 You can see my full tour video of Vakkaru as follows link :

For the disadvantages, There are some flies at buffet night in the main restaurant. Take good care of yourself during the travel! Enjoy your stay and have a nice vacation next week 🌴😊

I would recommend the Velaa Private Island if you don't have the budget constraint. Velaa is one of the most beautiful and luxury place, the best beautifully designed villas and the best personalized butler service for us in the Maldives. Kudadoo offers a truly fully-inclusive luxury, unlimited food and beverages, unlimited spa treatments and water sports excursions, diving and snorkeling are all included. Dream island picnic, poolside dinner, beach dinner, In-villa candlelight dinner and everything is fully-inclusive. The food is amazing and lots of beverage choices. We love the lobster, black cod, jumbo tiger prawn and king crab. Personally, The disadvantage is that the main island is really too small and lack of beautiful lagoons and beaches

What is the diff. between over water pool suite and over water villa, I mean why the huge price difference ?
The over water pool suites at Vakkaru are 307m² with the addition of a 50m² private infinity pool with views of the sunset, separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The over water villa at Vakkaru is only 149m2 and no private pool.
Kindly do tell me which month is the best to visit there? July, August or anyother regarding weather and temperature?
February and March should be the best months to visit the Maldives. The dry season (From mid-Jan to mid-April), you can expect low rainfall, and enjoy lots of sunshine in the Maldives 🌴 The sea in the Maldives is warm all year round. The sea temperature is around 29°C in the dry season 😊

Wet season usually extends from May to November. In this season the Maldives may experience heavy rain, often strong winds and storms.
